Chapter Text
warnings!! blood, gore, character death, just general unpleasantness
.
Her blood is my paint, her body my canvas
She always said love never dies.
But she left me alone, and I wait by the phone
In my mind she still tells all her lies.
You said that you loved me, but I loved you more
And I gently wept, it's your heart I kept
When Death stood at your door
"It's you I do crave," I stood at your grave
as I held the dress you never wore.
I sat by your bed as you softly said
I'm sorry my love, so soon I'll be dead
I paint with your blood and scatter your bones
And your brain I indulge in a feast
I want to be one, whole and the same
You could've said goodbye, at least
So I'll make dry bread with your crushed, battered head
I'll sob as I take you apart
But you said in my own way I'm an artist
So I'll make you my own work of art.
