Title from Ruler of Everything by Tally Hall.

Also, Umber it makes me happy when you respond to my comments. Thank you!

This is going to be a wild ride because each chapter is inspired by each of these songs in order.

This chapter is extra short but it is meant to be introductory.

Chapter 1: Every end of the time is another begun

Chapter Text

The world began with a council of gods.

The council were cruel, evil people who couldn’t care less about humans for, to them, they were nothing but scum and bugs to be crushed under their feet.

A few gods started to interlope with humans, these people became the gods’ obsessions to the point they didn’t want them to experience death.

So they started it.

What is this it that you speak of? You may be asking. It would be best explained through the stories of these people.

***

The man’s shoes clicked on the floor creating a mutual feeling of dread between the underlings watching him. He showed no sign of caring about the soft chatter surrounding him.

His eyes met hers. Her being the most elegant, beautiful woman he’d ever seen with her long black hair and black dress that reminded him of a dress of mourning.

And yet, despite the veil covering her face that had never left, he said, “I do.”

How could he know these words sealed his fate.

He was just an idiodic human.

Unknowing of his impending doom that was soon to be.

Notes:

The tags totally give away the suspense of who the characters are right now.
