Summary
"Hello!! I'm back!!" Wilbur exclaimed, floating down to meet his former companions.
Techno and Tommy both looked surprised to see him. They were bigger, now. Tommy had shot up until he was almost as tall as Wilbur, and Techno had outgrown him. He was also a hulking wall of muscle, when he'd been far leaner last time they met.
Shame. Big guys annoyed Wilbur. And Tommy had started to grow a beard, which Wilbur thought looked bad. He'd have to get the boy to get rid of it.
Surprisingly, neither of them looked particularly happy to see Wilbur. He couldn't fathom why- their old friend- who had turned out to be a god, for creation's sake- had finally returned to them, as promised.
Or: god Wilbur wants to bring his old friends home. Surprisingly, aforementioned old friends despise the very idea of that.
