Journaling 36

Summary:

Bonnie's thoughts after spending the afternoon with Paulina.

Notes:

This relates to the last chapter of World Collide, the collab story between me and Specter14. Peace Valley and its characters are the creative property of Specter14. I, however, did the AI image of Bonnie. Enjoy.

Bonnie managed to make it home in time for dinner. She did disclose to her parents she'd gotten turned around and missed her tanning appointment. Otherwise, everything was alright.  Her mother had admonished her for driving while talking to her on the phone. As punishment, her mother revoked her phone and driving privileges for two weeks. After dinner, Bonnie sulked to her bedroom to write about today's adventure in her journal.

She began penning her thoughts on her journal's pretty pink pages using her favorite blue pen. “Ugh, I can't believe I must endure two weeks without driving or using my phone. Yet, I guess it could've been worse, like losing them for a month. Still, it's going to be challenging to cope without them.  Despite getting lost today, I'm delighted to make a new friend. Paulina Sanchez and I have so much in common. We're both stunning, popular, and head of our cheerleading squads.

Well, I've got to deal with that ridiculous Denise Duquesne as co-captain. Yet, I regarded the whole experience as like meeting the sister I wish I had instead of the one I got! Paulina and I both enjoy the same designers when it comes to fashion; we both have a type when it comes to boys. Not to mention, she's got a lot of spunk, too! Overall, we hit it off. Possibly, we'll meet again at a cheerleading meet. I do hope so. It was nice to have a companion for a change.

Despite being both fetching and popular, I have only a few individuals who are my friends—or genuine ones. So, I do hope I see Paulina again. Mom will take my punishment further if I don't get to studying. So, better hit the books now. Till next time!” as she closed her journal and seized her mathematics textbook to study for her impending calculus quiz.
