Ed grimaces. “Yeah, but you really won’t like it, Iz. It’s bringing in a third.”
“Right,” Izzy says, because yeah, Ed’s not wrong. He’s not a fan. “For what, exactly? What kind of sex?” he adds, before Ed can make a dumb joke.
“Oh!” Ed brightens. “Well, Fang said that since we’re enjoying the kitten play, we, um, might add another pet?”
Ed and Izzy are in a longterm committed relationship and while they enjoy their kitten play with Ed as a kitten, it looks like Ed needs some enrichment.
And maybe puppy Stede Bonnet can provide some.
