After cleaning Colby’s arms, and more difficulty his legs, Sam moved to Colby’s chest. Dipping the flannel in the soapy water, Sam imprinted circles all across Colby, his fingers pruning with the water. Colby tipped his head back so Sam could clean around Colby’s throat, and the nape of his neck. “Should I do your back?” Sam asked, Colby grunted in reply, shifting his position to place himself where Sam could more easily reach.
