A comfortable silence passed between them as they gazed at the Earth below. Orbiting over East Asia at dusk, the civilization beneath them emitted a warm glow. Lights dotted the landscape, concentrated in major cities and extending like veins across rural areas, pulsing and glimmering with life.
Riku looked over to Sora. While the perspective of the planet beneath his feet had been magnificent, Riku realized the most breathtaking view was in the reflection of Sora's eyes. Nothing could compare.
