Toying with a weapon

Summary:

His neck... It's so tempting. She knows thinking about it will alert him to her needs, but surely if she just stares for a little while-

Oh. He noticed.
Shit.

Notes:

My first attempt at something mildly saucy :D enjoy~

Work Text:

Being here. Held. It was nice.

By all means it should be Impossible, but Johnny has been able to touch Vee since day 1. That initial slap, the intent to provoke and zero her, was a distant memory now. Forgiven, but not forgotten.

There were so many things going on with this girl, even after ‘fixing’ the relic to prevent a rather unhappy ending it seems the more Johnny digs into her psyche the stranger things get.

A ‘total sob story’ as he put it once. Annoyed at the time but also actively trying to downplay how much some of her memories didn't feel all that different from a few of his own. Not because of the relic… They just shared a few key, unfortunate , life experiences.

She blinked tiredly, eyes barely open, draped over him like a lioness sunning on a warm rock. Even if she couldn't feel him perfectly, even if the warmth was off in some way and the visual of his breathing never quite matched the rise and fall of his hologram, it was good. She didn't give a single fuck how many imperfections there were. It was an embrace and she was starved beyond belief for it.

Speaking of something being off.

Johnny’s brow furrowed, just a little, noticing a strange sensation crawling up his back. Feedback from the relic? Her eyes which had been unfocussed and dulled seemed to have a certain something in them now. A little twinkle of attentiveness.

She was staring at his throat.

Not wide-eyed or extremely obvious, if anything he likely wouldn't have noticed had it not been for the faint signals her body was firing off that alerted him to the change. “...Vee?”

Her attention snapped up to his face, an almost innocent look crossing the soft and rounded features that didn't fool Johnny for a second. There was an eerie hunger, one that had him taking a sudden deep breath as if he’d stepped into a cold pool. He’d felt that before, and the thought brought an almost disbelieving and airy chuckle out of him. “Fuck, Vee. Where’d this come from?”

A guilty whine escapes her as she rearranges her chin on his chest to let her gaze roam the floor. A small tint of shame colouring her otherwise milk-white cheeks. “Sorry…” Her teeth itch. God, just the thought… she’d only been looking for a few moments and already there was a hot twisting in her stomach that only seemed to get Johnny’s attention.

“I hate it when you apologise for nothing,” He huffs, rolling his eyes before moving a hand to her face. Grabbing her firmly around the jaw and turning her head back to him. “What's going on in there?” The question was a murmur, more of a thought said loud than a real question, a squint in those dark eyes.

His mouth felt wrong. No, that's not quite it. It felt empty. As if there should be something there, an incessant itching to tense and grind his teeth coming from her side of their brain in waves.

“Show me.” His grasp around her face doesn't waver, his fingertips digging into her pliant cheeks far enough back that she had no choice but to open her mouth. Well, not really, with a bite force strong enough to shatter steel beams thanks to her cyberware, she could very well have denied him access. But god. She wanted to.

A small hum chases the end of Johnny’s breath, eyes darting to the thin line of spittle that strung down from her upper lip by the side of her mouth. Bringing the projection of his chrome hand up the side of her jawline before pushing back her lip with the cold digits into a snarl that she held without needing to be told.

Those fangs.

Those stupid fucking metal fangs.

His pulse skyrocketed just looking at them… or… was that hers? It was always hard to tell. It didn't matter anyway, he was too busy focusing on pressing his thumb to the pointed tip and watching her resist the urge to bite down. Turning her head while his own tilted back, looking over the knife-like bladed edges in an almost appraising manner.

She could feel herself starting to shake with the effort it took. That relaxed limp body had long since gone rigid, holding herself up on her forearms but completely unwilling to break the obedient streak that they had been cultivating over the past month or so.

That isn't to say it wasn't close.

The gravelly “Good girl” that left the rockerboy’s mouth nearly had her snapping the chains of restraint and mauling him right there.

“Close your mouth. And don't you dare chew," Johnny spat, watching her face twist with a mixture of confusion, compliance, and that same searing hunger that was starting to frustrate him. His ‘ganic hand kept her head from turning, thumb brushing a consistent back and forth over the soft peach fuzz on her cheek while Vee cautiously let her lips close around the two digits of cyberware he’d left inside her maw. Pressing down uncomfortably on her tongue so it wouldn't be able to explore his fingers, making it difficult for her to swallow.

She did so anyway, she had to, drooling like a dog was not going to be on her list of embarrassing things she’s done because of him. Trying to knock back the buildup of saliva from his teasing.

That's what this was. Wasn't it?

Teasing.

He was taunting her.

Daring her to do something about it.

Her nose wrinkled, sneering at him in mock disgust, pulling her head back to free herself of his grip. Vee could see the subtle twitch of Johnny’s lip, the threat of a smirk that he kept closed off under an unfulfilled grunt. He wanted it. Nearly as bad as she needed it.

But he wasn't going to ask, oh no, and he couldn't let her just do it. Johnny needed her to earn it. To deserve it.

An illusion of power.

One that was quickly shattered.

His eyebrows jump up as Vee swiftly moves to sit up, grabbing him by the shirt collar and dragging him up with one hand while the other takes a fistful of his hair. “Ah?! - Vee hey!-” He barks angrily as his head is steered to one side only to be silenced by her breath ghosting down the side of his neck.

A shudder.

Unquestionably his this time.

She held herself there for what felt like an eternity, hovering just shy of his skin, glaring a hole into the arm of the sofa behind his back. Now he was the one swallowing. Ridgid. Any and all complaints he might have had, snatched from his head and vaporised on the spot.

In fact, the word please comes to mind, but there's no fucking way he's saying that. Right?

“You have no idea-” Vee hissed, each word sending a thick draft of humid air down his spine and through his hair. “How badly I want to leave your goddamn throat bruised and bloodied with my teeth.” The words forced him to inhale, not even realising he hadn't done so since the last swallow. Mouthing the words ‘holy shit’ in complete silence before coming to his senses, letting his hands which had been aimlessly held up settle around her waist. It felt like she’d just poured ice into his veins, the way he felt his insides chill despite his skin burning.

He thought he was ready for it. But it wasn't what he expected.

She can't kill him, he’s just an Engram. They've already established this, experienced it, he’s seen the cyberpsycho in her try to zero him before. He's anticipating a mauling. A savage display of her abilities as an ex-military weapon.

Not…

A gentle, borderline cautious, nip. The cold metal tips to her canines, easily capable of tearing through his skin, barely grazing it in a way that made him feel as though he just got vertigo. More, a little higher, each one placed with careful precision just close enough to his jugular to send that pinch of fear through him.

It wasn't teasing, not like he had done to her. There was no dare. There was no intent to humiliate.

It was much scarier.

It was much more intimate.

It was care.

Controlled, deliberate, consideration.

He knew she wanted nothing more than to have an entire mouthful of something, anything that’d yield, and tear it apart like a feral beast desperate to feel meat ripping in its jaws.

She had the means to. But she wasn't going to. Not now. Not with him. This wasn't about her, it was never about her, yes she does want to bite for her own satisfaction but that is being outweighed by her desire to have him feel it. Not another fruitless attack, an exchange with a winner on both sides.

She wanted his pleasure.

Her fistful of his hair had relaxed a little when his shoulders began to slump and his head willingly tilted away, allowing her better access to his lifeline which she took to without hesitation. Dragging the rounded fronts of her fangs up before wrapping her jaws around the side of his neck. Pressing the weaponry in her maw down just hard enough to feel his pulse but not to break the skin. Not that there would be any blood if she did…

The mimicry cyberware within Vee’s throat rolled with a low growl akin to distant thunder, vibrations from the bassey sound drawing out a groan that Johnny had tried to hold back, finally relenting and leaning forward into her bite. He buried his face into the space between her shoulder and her neck, breathing her in greedily while his hands slipped from around her waist to coil around her back. Digging his fingers into the chrome lining her spine and pulling her in closer, as if being as intertwined as they were simply wasn't enough. “Harder.”

Her jaw twitched, trying not to smile and break the seal her lips had placed across his throat. Watching eagerly from her position as his holographic form split and pixelated at the edges as they so often did when he was having some kind of extreme feedback, mental or physical. “That sounds like begging,” She rumbles, so unlike her usual sweet and anxiety-riddled self. The words roll out like a mere observation despite the clear intent to provoke a reaction.

And a reaction she gets.

“For fucks sake , Vee, please.”
