Chapter Text
“Well? Are you kids going to introduce yourselves or not?”
Yaga looked at the first years expectantly, before sighing. Realizing the five would not even try to interact each other without him taking the initiative, he pointed to Shoko Ieri.
“Fine, all of you can introduce yourselves in order than. Shoko first.”
….
I rubbed my eyes for what seemed like the thousandth time, blinking away the sleep clouding my vision.
“—Shoko first.”
‘Are we introducing ourselves?’
Akio watched tiredly, slumping onto her desk and propping her head with her arms, staring at the brown haired girl.
‘A bob cut and candy... She’s pretty… I could totally go for candy.’
“I’m Shoko Ieri. It’s nice to meet you all… I suppose.”
Akio yawned, slumping into her arms, the sounds around her fading away. God she really should have gotten some more sleep last night.
“Zen’in. Zen’in!”
“Huh? Oh uh. Yeah, sorry.” Being jolted out of her sleep suddenly, Akio got up from her seat sluggishly, standing in front of the meager class of four other students.
“I’m Akio Zen’in. I hate my last name, so just call me Akio. Or Kio. Or just don’t call for me at all.”
Glancing to the side, she saw a scrawny kid with white hair snickering at her.
‘White hair… weird blue eyes… yep. That’s a wannabe k-pop star.’
Nodding approvingly at herself, she strutted back to her seat. Well, she strutted back as well as somebody who had gotten three hours of sleep the night before could have at least.
Next went a boy with black hair, styled in a simple, high bun with single a loose strand acting as bangs. Oh, there were also gauges in his ears.
“I’m Geto Suguru. It’s very nice to be here today, I’d like for all of us to get along.”
‘Strange bangs.. gauges too… a delinquent? No. He seems too polite to be one. What a weirdo. He doesn’t look half bad though. Looks pretty muscular.’
‘And here comes the Jungkook wannabee. Well, I suppose he wouldn’t be Jungkook… but, it’s not like I know any other k-pop stars.’
“I’m Gojo Satoru!”
The little scrawny snot really spoke! Crazy. Why does it seem like I know that name though…
“That’s crazy. I thought you were just some random asshole who found it funny to laugh at people like the little snot you are.”
‘Doesn’t matter who he is. I don’t like him.’
“EXCUSE ME?” The white haired brat looked like his eyes were about to pop out of their sockets. Even Yaga looked shocked, and he has sunglasses practically attached to his face, so it was pretty hard to tell what he felt.
….
The blackout sunglasses hung low on Satoru’s nose, revealing his shocked expression.
Part of him was outraged that someone had the absolute GALL to insult him, while the other was excited that somebody didn’t care, or possibly, didn’t recognize, (even better!) who he was.
Hearing muffled laughter, poorly disguised as coughing from his left, he turned his head to the boy who had gone before him. Geto Suguru, that was his name.
“Shut up sloth woman!” He scoffed at the dark haired girl, rolling his eyes.
‘DID SHE DIE?’
Satoru’s mouth dropped open in shock, before quickly closing as his six eyes registered.
‘She’s not dead, just asleep. God those dark circles are atrocious.’
He glared down at her for a few seconds before directing his glaze towards that Geto kid, tutting before sitting down next to him once more.
….
‘These kids are such a handful…’
“Ciel, you’re next.”
….
Akio looked up in intrigue. Ciel wasn’t a native name.
‘Ah.’
A person of unidentified gender walked to the front of the class.
Their appearance was unusual… but, that might just be because Japan doesn’t have many foreigner visitors. Or, possibly, transfers? No.. that can’t be right, they spoke like a native. Perhaps their parents were immigrants.
‘God, I sound like a total racist right now- Urgh.’
Slapping herself on the sides of her cheek to wake herself up, she looked up at the girl, boy?… never mind. Too much thinking.
“I’m Ciel Sōgen. My father is a mix of French and African American, and my mother is Japanese. It’s very nice to meet you all.”
The stoic student sat back down in their seat, looking surprisingly nervous for their previously calm demeanor.
‘Their hair looks very fluffy.’
Snapped out of her thoughts, Akio sighed, leaning back into her arms.
“I’ll be starting todays lesson on the basics of Jujutsu and curses.”
Yaga’s voice was drowned out in silence as Akio drifted back to sleep, the sudden butting in of the Gojo and Geto snapping her out of her sleep a few times, before falling asleep, for good this time.
