Is this thing on? Think I got it. Remember how much I talked about traveling far? Seems there must have been a monkey paw around when I said it, because today I'm boarding a ship to the Boron System.... yes, that Boron System. Can't talk too much about the details. Wouldn't be wise doing it out here in the open. I know I said I'd try to visit in a couple of weeks, now that things in the Pluto colonies seemed to be calming a bit... I think this might take longer than a few weeks. Sorry.

Uhm... Yeah, I forgot to thank you for the recorder.I'm still not accustomed to talk to no one but still, It was nice of you. perhaps writing stuff down isn't very effective in our day and age, even more if sending voice letters is 10 times faster than sending written mail.
Talking about mail, I recently heard that you graduated your Sniper Course! That's awesome, wished I could be there but obviously I had a very important mission. They always say that, every single mission of mine has been catalogued as "very important" and "of high priority". First time I heard that I was thrilled. My very first high proprity mission. Turns out high priority missions were just regular missions but you couldn't go with anyone. In fact, they wouldn't even be documented, so if you simply drop dead, they will not acknowledge you.

Neat, right? A-anyways, I'm happy for you... and proud, very proud. As for me, I will be boarding my ship any minute now- Oh, in fact, I can see it from where I'm sitting. UES Contact Light huh, command says this should get me to Boron in no time. Don't know how much but let's hope it's not the usual 2 months of space travel most ships do.
