"I can give you exactly what you want", Jamack offered with a smug grin, knowing that he almost had his ticket to Scarlemagne's palace in his grasp.
"And what is it that I want?" Scarlemagne asked.
"The burrow girl and her friends. I know where she's going and I know how to catch her."
"Hm. I suppose it could be worth a try."
"I promise you, Scarlemagne - if I may call you that. If we work together, you'll have all of the humans under your control before the sun goes down."
Scarlemagne grinned.
"Well then, Jamack, consider yourself hired!"
Jamack couldn't wipe the smile off of his face. Nothing would be able to stop him now.
