"the pillows are fine, and it's going to be okay, and you are stressing me out, so please stop pacing." he says, and chris just turns a distressed glare towards him, eyes crinkling up in sour grimace; it's funny, how he always looks like he's smiling, even though he's clearly so upset.
"this is going to be a disaster," felix cuts him off.
"it's going to be a disaster if you make it one," he says, walking around the couch and shaking iggy off, even though he gets a giant, blocky dog head plastered to his lower back the second he makes it to chris, tugging his arms up until he drapes them over felix's shoulders in a loose hug, "but if you chill out a little, it'll probably be awkward but fine."
chris looks at him, face morphing into something that is turning more annoyed than anything else, which is how felix knows he's won.
