   Summary

   “This was a terrible idea! This was a terrible idea!” Peter’s panicked cry rang out across the corridors. He clenches his side in an attempt to stop the bleeding, but it’s futile. His blood follows after him, much like the path in the fairy tale that leads Hansel and Gretel to the delicious candy house, which they subsequently devour. The creatures chasing him didn’t need to see the trail to find him. The mere aroma of fear had already led them to Peter’s location. It was just a matter of time.
