Chapter Text
The sun was shining by a beautiful sunset and illuminate the small town of Clorebay, a town know for its small forest who is perfect for a walk and its beach who was the favorite place of the locals because of the calm who resides there.
It was also the town of our protagonist, Leo Darmer a young 7 years old with jet black hair completely dirty of sand along with his brick red polo and navy blue pants, his shoes where took off living his feets in the water of the sea, tears were ruinning from his graphite grey eyes down his face, he also have scrapes on his knees with some drops of blood going down from it and continue on his limestone skin.
All of this was the result of an argument with his father, for some petty reason. Resulting in him running away from home, passing by the woods, falling and has scraped his knees before arriving at this beautiful place to calm himself.
He hated when his father was telling him to stop believing at those vampires and werewolf stories, fairytails and ghost stories and ask him to grown up. The true is that, he doesn't want to stop, he loved those stories too much, he really wish to be
in a magical and fantastic world.
It was dawn and everything start to be dark and almost nothing was there for enlightened the beach. Leo was still crying while rubbing the back of his neck which have a birth mark that look like a red spider lily. Then the boy start to get up and took a rock then throw it out in anger in the sea.
He then do it again and again with a different rock each time. His anger was getting a bit bigger. Then something happen.
He was holding one of the rock and was about to throw it in the sea but then the rock start to glow of a red light which enlight Leo's face that show some shock and confusion before he let it go of his hand and the glow stop.
Leo was about to take the rock back but...
"Leo!!! There you are!!!" a feminine voice with a serious and worried tone call him. He then turn to see a 14 years old girl with the same skin tone and jet black hair as him but her eyes are ice green. She was wearing a soot black dress, black tights and dark brown ballerina.
"L...Lana" Leo was saying with his shy and shocked voice when he noticed the fear in her face.
"I...i was so worried, are you o..." she stop talking because of the shock to see that the pants of his little brother was ripped around the knees and reveal the bloody scrapes.
"Oh gosh Leo! What did you did to yourself ?!" She said in a more worried tone
"I falled" He said quietly
"Okay, i will bring you home and cure that, but promise me to never do that again" She said while she hold his hand.
"Promise" He respond and both of them leave the beach but Leo can't stop but looking behind him.
12 years have passed after this incident and the young boy, now became a man and totally forgot about it, even the glowing rock. And at home the arguments were more frequent, as his sister leave the home and he still live with his father.
He has stopped believing in the stories he liked so much, and he wasn't happy right now.
He didn't realized yet, but the wish he made as a child will soon be granted.
