Liam was already tired after running for so long, it seemed like the coach's objective was to humiliate them and only then train them to be an acceptable team, or that was what was going through his head. The only thing Liam was sure of during all those minutes was that there was a pair of eyes watching him, he could feel it from afar
Hayden had been hitting on him for a while now but the most Liam has ever done in response was treating her kindly and trying to maintain respect, it's impossible for being kind to be synonymous with being in love, right? Liam definitely had no experience with relationships
"Okay, we're done for today guys" said Bobby trying not to sound excited as he announced the end of training
Liam wasn't in such a rush, he hated how messy the locker room was right after a match or training session, like today. Everything smells like sweat and the last thing Liam wanted was to rush into the shower because there's a line of stinking kids on the other side. So stalling a bit was definitely not a bad idea.
When Liam takes as long as he thinks is enough he goes towards the locker room and when he realizes that it is practically empty he mentally thanks him. He quickly puts his stuff in the closet and starts to undress to take a shower after all that effort. Feeling the water hitting your body was a very good sensation that Liam would venture to say was one of the most satisfying he has ever felt.
After a few minutes of this relaxation, he turns off the water and starts wrapping the towel around his waist, but the movement fails when he starts to smell a strange smell, but not strange like "what an unpleasant smell", no, it was the opposite of that, it was. .. Liam froze in place, that good smell of soap certainly wasn't his or any of his teammates as he heard it when the last two players left minutes ago
"Is anyone there?" He asks. He had already left the cabin and was closing the door only to be thrown against it as soon as he did so "what the fuck-"
As soon as he looked up he saw Theo, that bastard almost killed him from the heart
"Hello, Liam" he said with that teasing smile that never seemed to leave his lips.
Liam frowned and tried to push Theo back only to realize that the other was already holding his arms above his head, pressed against the door with him.
"Let me go, you idiot" Liam cursed, feeling his breath hitch due to the proximity to Theo's face
"You haven't dumped that girl yet, have you?" He got even closer "when are you going to do this? I'm tired of seeing her looking at you like that everywhere"
"Has it ever crossed your mind that I might not want to let her go?" Liam lied there, he really didn't want to get to the point of having to dismiss Hayden but he also didn't want to give the girl false hope, it was obvious that Liam wasn't interested in her. The fact is that this comment was enough to make Theo's eyes shine with something dark.
"You don't even believe it, little wolf." Even though Liam's hands were still trapped above his head, he wouldn't miss the opportunity to tease the chimera. Then he tilted his hips towards the other and felt Theo's breathing hitch for a moment.
"If you're so bothered by the attention I'm getting maybe you should do something about it."
"Is it really going to get to the point where I'm going to tell this girl that I don't like it when they look at my stuff?" Theo said
At that moment they were already so close that Liam doesn't even know how he managed to keep his gaze focused on Theo with the other's lips so inviting right in his face.
"Don't you think you're being a little possessive?" Commented on Beta
"Liam, if you doubt everything I have can fit in a carry-on backpack, of course I'll be jealous of my things"
"It turns out I'm not one of those things"
"Of course not, you don't fit in a backpack, and that's the problem" The chimera runs its lips over Liam's neck and he feels the shivers it gives the boy "you're visible to anyone"
As soon as Liam feels the grip on his arms stop he wastes no time and places both hands on the back of Theo's head, lightly stroking his hair, he can swear he heard the chimera purr
"We have to do something about this" Liam whispered
"And I'm going to do it, puppy" With that said, Theo starts to distribute kisses on Liam's neck and when he least expects it he gives a hickey on the spot, making Liam let out a slight moan. He feels Theo's smile on his skin before pulling his head up and initiating an awkward kiss.
At first they were a little flustered but the moment their tongues meet it becomes one of the most pleasurable things Liam has ever experienced.
Theo's hands run down the beta's body until he unties the towel that was still around his waist. Liam automatically gets nervous about the way things are going, after all the coach hadn't shown up yet to organize the equipment, which means he would show up at any moment.
"The trainer might show up" Liam said between heavy sighs as Theo didn't leave his lips apart for a long time and Theo's hand at some point found itself with Liam's already erect member "Theo.." the beta moans close to his lips from the other
"Hush, little wolf" Theo said now grabbing Liam's member and leaving a wet kiss on his lips "the trainer might show up"
It was like a damn plague, Liam hated Theo for that. It wasn't even ten seconds after the chimera said that and they heard footsteps in the locker room hallway.
"Son of a bitch.." Theo whispered, quickly moving away from Liam with a frown on his face. Liam quickly bent down to grab a towel and put it back around his waist and push Theo into one of the cabins.
Liam didn't even have time to let go of the door when he saw the coach entering the locker room.
Bobby looked at him with a look of surprise mixed with acceptance.
"Dunbar, what are you doing here?" He asked with his hands on his hips.
“I…” Liam started, not even knowing how to come up with a good enough lie. That's when the coach noticed the force Liam was using to keep the door to one of the cabins closed.
"Listen here, Dunbar. We've already talked about bringing girls into the locker room, that's the most disgusting thing in the world."
Liam could feel his face turning red and knew Theo could hear his heart racing now.
"Coach I don't-"
"I know there's someone there. Let's do this, I'm going to leave and come back in 5 minutes and if I still see you in here you'll be suspended from the games"
Liam was stuck in his seat, he didn't know whether to say something or not.
"Get on with it" said the coach before leaving
As soon as he turned his back Liam took his hands off the door and started heading towards his locker, without worrying about the other one who was left behind.
"Have you guys talked about bringing girls?" Liam could feel Theo approaching from behind but he no longer had time, he was putting on his clothes as quickly as he could. It was then that she felt those strong arms surrounding her waist.
"Coach talked about this with the whole team once" As soon as he turned to Theo, their faces close to each other, he whispered "I'm glad you're not a girl, so I'm not breaking the rules"
Theo's laugh was the nicest thing he heard today
"We're not done yet, little wolf" he said, leaving a quick peck on Liam's mouth
And Liam knew better, and at that moment he was grateful, even if just for a second, for Hayden's looks at him.
