Summary
After finding out that he has magical capabilities, Alex gets adopted by the Washingtons and gets a scholarship to Evelyn University where his foster parents are teachers (his foster father is also the dean). He has his life planned out, make new friends, try his best to activate and strengthen his magic, find his soulmate (whom he had already fallen for and is the reason he is still determined to live), and use his magic for good. He meets his new roommate who seems to be the coldest, grumpiest, moodiest, (and cutest) person alive. Somehow, he is drawn to his new roommate… There is just something about him that he can’t put his finger on.
