Summary
Fourteen-year-old Tony Stark finds Captain America's broken radio in his father's safe and decides to repair it. It works, because of course it does, he fixed it, after all, and he gets to talk to a group of soldiers who can't share much about what they are doing, which is fine by Tony because while it is true that he is technically a student at MIT, he maybe wasn't entirely upfront about everything. This presents a problem when he develops feelings--okay, fine, a massive crush--on one of the soldiers.

The voice acting brought this totally to life. The writing itself was so raw and stuck with me. Like Jesus Christ, the fucking self depreciation and negative self image of Tony in this was to real and to fucking relatable.
(For something with a weird age gap I was unsure about, it handled it well and the characters are all pretty respectable. It's cat fishing before the Internet but like, Greek tragedy levels of beautiful.)
I was screaming while listening to ch4. Just HUG him, just give him a god damn HUG. For the love of God just hold him for a second and let everything settle and be present!
So yeah, it's long, I didn't sleep last night listening to this, but get through it and it'll emotionally wreak you. Turn your insides out so you're left feeling fraught and empty. But full of to many god damn feelings. But listen to it, it's really good.
