A few months after the Immortal Alliance Conference, Shen Qingqiu begins having nightmares of a life that isn’t his own. A life where he is a small slave boy, used by his master as more than a punching bag. After a few nights, these dreams begin to bleed into his life, to the point where he can’t differentiate what memories are his and which ones are Shen Jiu’s.
The other peak lords take notice how strange Shen Qingqiu is behaving. How they can no longer touch him without seeing fear in his eyes. How he quickly loses focus and seemingly forgets where he is. The Peak Lords realize that they need to figure out a solution when they are no longer able to treat him for Without A Cure without risking a qi deviation.
