Work Text:

Kenny hummed softly to the music that was playing in the background, the occasional snipping of his scissors ringing over the playlist. He carefully combed through Marjorine's hair, making familiar precise cuts every so often. He heard her hum along with him, her hands drumming on her thighs happily. Kenny smiled at his friend's antics before stepping back and looking at his work. "That looks good Marj?" He asked and the girl nodded happily, smiling widely as she combed through her blonde hair with her fingers.

"It looks great Ken! Thanks." She got up from her chair and dusted herself, getting any leftover hair off. Marjorine then gave him a tight hug, which Kenny happily returned. "Let me pay you back this time, please." He shook his head, waving his scissors around a bit. "You know I don't charge you, or Kyle, for cuts, never have and never will." Marjorine just rolled her eyes and pouted, crossing her arms. "At least let me buy you something as a thank you." He raised an eyebrow at her and snickered. "Yeah, sure, like your parents will let you. I'm surprised they even let me step foot on their property."

Marjorine flushed in embarrassment. "It's just because of the hair Ken. I told them you don't charge me anything. Other than that, they don't like you very much." Kenny shrugged, sitting on her bed and crossing his legs. "I know." It was an obvious fact that her parents hated him, the looks they always gave him, and the way they addressed him as 'The McCormick Boy' rather than his actual name. Kenny thinks the main reason they don't like him is that he's supported Marjorine since the day she came out to him. They already had a problem with her being bi so when she came out as trans? It was horrible.

Her parents ended up saying that if she could do it herself, she could transition. This means buying her own clothes, correcting people, reintroducing herself, cutting and growing out her own hair, saving money for surgery, etc. They banned her from using her mom's products and clothes as well. Basically, they were mocking her. Kenny remembered the day she had come out to him, asking if he could cut her hair in a way that it would grow out.

Kenny was their grade's personal hairstylist. He learned how to cut hair when Karen complained about her hair being too long. Then he started to cut his own hair and Kevin's. One day he was cutting his hair when Marjorine came to visit him, and Kenny had trimmed her dead ends so that her hair would grow out. Then he was at Kyle's for a project, with the redhead seeming uncomfortable the whole time. When he asked what was wrong, Kyle said his hair was getting long and the stylist he went to because she specialized with curly hair moved. Kenny offered to help and then started cutting Kyle's every two months or whenever he started feeling dysphoric.

The news then spread to Stan, who spread it to Wendy, who told Bebe, who told their whole class and then their whole grade. Now he made a good amount of money by cutting his peers' hair and could afford more stuff for his sister. Marjorine let out a sigh as she cleaned the area a bit, putting everything back where it went. "I'm real sorry Ken, for the way my parents look at cha." Kenny shrugged and told her not to worry about it. Comfortable silence fell over the two as "Treehouse" by Alex G started playing. He watched as she cleaned before pulling out a box full of nail polish, a smile forming on her lips.

"What color are you thinking Ken? Oh! I just got this real pretty purple I think you would like a whole lot." She walked over with the box and handed him the bottle. It was a deep, almost black, purple. He tilted his head and thought about it, it was very pretty like she said. He then looked up at her with a smirk. "Did you get this just for me?" Kenny teased and Marjorine smiled shyly. "Maybe? I saw it and remembered you sayin' that purple is your favorite color." His smirk softened into a smile and he looked back down at the polish. "That's sweet Marj." He then peered into the box of polishes and pulled out a baby blue, soft yellow, and white.

"I learned how to do daisies, you wanna do that?" He saw the way Marjorine's eyes lit up at the idea. She nodded excitedly and Kenny took her hand. He grabbed the nail filer she had and started to gently file her nails down as silence fell over them again. He learned to do nails for Karen as well but soon started to do Marjorine's. Kenny taught both of them and let them practice on his nails instead of their own, he didn't care how bad the outcome of his nails was. Karen always tended to have too much polish on the brush, while Marjorine's hands were shaky and she ended up painting the finger rather than the nail.

He grabbed the cuticle cutter and cut off any hangnails or dead skin she had since she had a bad habit of picking at her skin. He then started painting her nails, painting every fingernail Marjorine's favorite shade of blue. Kenny felt her staring at him and knew she was mentally taking notes for when it was her turn to paint his. He hummed gently as he moved on to her other hand, doing the same process before painting. He wiped away the excess paint before gently blowing on them and moving back to the other hand.

After putting a second coat, he grabbed a pen from his pocket and dipped the point into the white paint. Kenny then started to make the petals of the daisies on her middle finger, switching to the other hand to do the same. Once they were both done drying, he wiped off the white paint and dipped it into the yellow paint. Then put a dot to make the centers and pull back with a grin. He tilted his head before wiping his pen again and doing the top coat. Kenny blew gently on her nails before letting go of her hands. "What do you think?"

Marjorine looked at the nails in excitement, her eyes shining. "They look so nice Ken!" He grinned up at her and she pulled him into another hug, mindful of the open nail polish bottles. She then pulled away and put back the bottles, grabbing the color she bought for him as she did so. "You ready?" She asked, tapping the glass bottle against her palm, smiling happily. Kenny nodded, going to grab the acetone so she could take off his black nail polish when his phone rang.

He blinked, grabbing his phone with a slight frown. The phone was an old one with a few cracks and was given to him by Kyle when he had gotten a new one. His heart fluttered when he saw that it was Stan calling and answered the phone. He saw Marjorine tilt her head, asking silently who it was. Kenny mouthed back the caller's name and she made an 'O' shape with her mouth, nodding.

"Hello?" He asked, the slight buzzing of the call filling his ear. "Hey." Was what he got back and he couldn't help but smile a bit. "What's up Staniel?" He asked, picking at his already chipped nail polish. "Um, I was wondering if you could come over? Like, now?" Stan's voice sounded a bit shaky, and his eyebrows furrowed. "Sure dude, I'll see you in five, ok?" Kenny asked, standing up from the bed and slinging his bag over his shoulder. "Ok, see you," Stan muttered, the beep of the call ending following right after.

Marjorine shot him a confused and concerned look. "I gotta go to Stan's, sorry Marj." He said with a sheepish grin, running a hand through his hair. She just shook her head, "It's alright Ken, I'll paint your nails next time. Go meet up with your boyfriend." She teased, causing Kenny to blush and roll his eyes. Marjorine just giggled and walked him up to the front door. The two hugged before Kenny left, walking down the streets he knew so well.

It was dark out, the sky an inky black with a few stars shining through. It was silent too, for the most part anyway, the only thing he could hear was his breath and a few crickets chirping. He let out a sigh, pushing his parka hood back and looking up at the sky. He let his feet take him where he needed to go, his eyes following his breath as the heat floated up into the air.

The next thing he knew, he was at Stan's house and standing at his front door. He blinked for a second, staring at the doorknob before pulling out his phone.

K: dude I'm outside

K: I'm freezing

He waited for what felt like 5 minutes before checking his phone again, only to find that his messages were on delivered. Kenny groaned, walking away from the door and into the Kimble's backyard. He grabbed some rocks on his way, his beaten-down boots making a satisfying crunch every time they met the snow. He narrowed his eyes as he looked up, finding a soft light shining threw Stan's window. He grinned to himself, dropping all the rocks at his feet except for one.

Kenny wound up his arm before throwing the rock at his friend's window. He let out a small sound of victory when there was a thunk. Maybe doing baseball all those years ago wasn't for nothing. Grabbing another rock, he threw it at the window, watching as it bounced off and fell into the snow. He continued to throw the rocks he had until the window opened. Kenny grinned when he saw Stan's face pop out of the window looking confused.

He dropped the rock he was holding and waved up to his friend happily. Stan waved back slowly as if trying to still process that the orange-wearing teen was in his backyard. He put a finger up to his lips and pointed behind himself. Kenny nodded and gave him a thumbs up, before running back to the front of the house. Stan shook his head at his antics, smiling a bit to himself. He straightened out his old shirt before walking downstairs.

He opened the door to meet Kenny grinning up at him. He felt the urge to vomit in his throat but pushed it down, opening the door wider for him. Stan leads him upstairs, rubbing his eyes and running his hand through his greasy hair. He watched as Kenny went to go to his bedroom and stopped him, clearing his throat. "Um, actually, we gotta go to my bathroom," Kenny smirked, and a fluttering feeling happened in both their chests. "Wow Stan, usually people do it in the bedroom first."

Stan groaned, hoping the darkness would hide his reddened cheeks, and hit Kenny softly in the arm. The blonde just laughed quietly in response, walking past him and into the bathroom. The bathroom was nice, he couldn't deny it. The bathtub and sink were made of beautiful marble and the floor tile felt nice on the skin. There wasn't a crack in the bathroom, and it was well kept, with some plants on the sink which he couldn't help but think was Sharon's doing. He spotted a grocery bag in the bathroom sink and tilted his head in thought, his eyes narrowing as he tried to figure out what it could be.

When he heard the soft click of the bathroom closing, he turned to Stan and looked at him in slight confusion. The taller was wearing old clothing, clothes that seemed like Kenny would wear them. Old pajama pants and a shirt that was washed out, so much so that you could barely tell what they looked like when they were new. "So," Kenny started, rocking back on his heels. "Why did you call me over," He pulled out his phone and grimaced at the time. "1:36 in the morning?"

It wasn't like Stan had kept him up or anything, he and Marjorine would have probably pulled an all-nighter, watching movies and talking about the boys they liked. He felt his cheeks flush a bit at the thought. Silence fell over the two boys, Stan staring at the floor and messing with his fingers like he was counting something. Kenny was about to ask if he was ok before he let out a sigh and looked up at him.

"I need you to dye my hair."

Kenny blinked at him stupidly, his eyes flickering between Stan's blue eyes and his black hair. "Whoa, what?" He watched him shift through the bag in the sink, frowning. "You know how to do hair, I need you to dye my hair, Kenny." He stared eyebrows furrowed as Stan handed him the bag. Inside were multiple blonde box dyes, purple shampoo, gloves, and random tools. "Why?" Kenny asked and Stan looked taken back, like he wasn't prepared for the question.

He stared at the shorter for a moment, going through his head to find an excuse. Once he found one he shrugged, his eyes traveling to Kenny's blonde hair. "I like blondes." He saw his best friend's violet eyes search his face and he knew he was lying. Not only was he a horrible liar, but Kenny was hella observant. However, the shorter one didn't push it, sighing and running his hands through his hair. "Look, dude, I would, but I don't know how to dye hair."

He didn't know what came over him, but he grabbed Kenny's hands and looked at him. "Kenny, dude, I don't care. If there's anyone I trust with my hair, it's you." The blonde's face flushed a bit, staring at Stan before he raised an eyebrow, grinning. "What about Kyle? Your Super Best Friend?" Stan scoffed, letting go of his hand and immediately wishing he hadn't. "Well, Kyle's a pussy and would never let me even touch bleach to my hair."

Kenny snorted, grabbing a pair of gloves from the bag and snapping them on. "Ok then, good to know that Kyle's coming after me because of this. Now I can prepare." The taller rolled his eyes, grinning as he put on a playlist from his phone and music filled the bathroom. Stan watched as his friend started humming and nodding his head to the music, laying everything out on the countertop. No matter how much he wanted to deny it, Kenny was pretty. His skin had a nice tan from working outside, and his blonde hair just went past his shoulders and was cut into a wolf cut.

Stan felt the urge to vomit again when he saw Kenny shrug off his old parka, revealing an off-white tank top and showing his figure. Kenny was always on the skinny side from the fact he barely ate, but he had developed muscles from working around their small town and had a good figure. The urge was still there when he saw Kenny pull his hair into a ponytail and he made eye contact with his violet eyes.

Kenny shot him a grin, pulling out his phone and tapping it gently against his chest. "Wash your hair real quick, the bleach will stick and soak better." He nodded, staring warily at the blonde as he waited for him to leave. Kenny just raised an eyebrow at him, confused until he saw Stan gesture to him to leave. He fake pouted and left the bathroom with a laugh. He then sat down outside in the hallway, waiting for Stan.

Kenny stared at his lock screen, which was a photo of his four best friends. They had all gone out, finally having a day where Kenny wasn't working, Marjorine wasn't grounded, Kyle wasn't studying, and Stan wasn't at his dad's. In the picture Kyle and Cartman were arguing and it was clear the redhead was about to get violent, Marjorine was looking at a Hello Kitty keychain, and Stan was in the middle of rambling about a band, pointing a T-Shirt out to Kenny. He smiled softly because it was one of the best pictures he has ever taken of Stan.

The lighting had been nice, falling on his pale face and highting his features. You could just see the small beauty mark he had under his eye and the photo almost did him justice in capturing how blue his eyes were. Speaking of his eyes, Stan's always held so much emotion, you could read him like a book if you just made eye contact. At the time of the picture, Stan had been growing his hair out a bit, making it cover his eyes slightly and have to move it every once in a while. He always had really nice hair, especially since he had black hair. Kenny stared at the picture for a minute longer, trying to picture his best friend with blonde hair.

He narrowed his eyes slightly, staring holes into his phone. Why did Stan want to bleach his hair? It didn't make sense, he never once complained during their childhood about his dark hair, other than the fact that he-

Oh.

Oh.

Kenny's eyes had trailed to the floor, flickering to his phone again and staring at his best friend for a second longer before pulling up articles on how to bleach hair.

Soon after that, Stan opened the bathroom door to let him back inside. He shot the other a grin and felt a fluttering sensation in his stomach. He looked good with his hair wet, sticking to his forehead and face. His old clothes also clung to his body that was built from doing football and hockey for so long.

"You ready to get started Staniel?" He asked, elbowing him softly in the side before fixing his gloves. Stan stared at him, clearly nervous, and nodded. "Yeah, dude." Kenny raised an eyebrow at him, his tone almost softening. "You sure? If you are still on the fence I can always come back another day and do it." He offered, but Stan shook his head, a slightly wobbly smile on his face. "I'm sure."

Kenny takes a breath and smiles a bit, nodding. He gestured Stan to take a seat on the toilet before grabbing the bowl and other things. "Father" by The Front Bottoms plays as he mixes the lightener and developer, silence falling over the two of them. He hears Stan humming along with the song too, his hand tapping a shifting against his leg, causing Kenny to smile because it's something he picked up from Stan.

Kenny feels like a scientist as he measures everything, double-checking the instructions on the paper and online so that he doesn't fuck up Stan's hair. The taller smiles as he watches his best friend, the scene being back to the childhood memory of mixing all of his mom's bathroom products to make potions. "Kenny has always been there, huh?" Stan realizes and his smile softens.

Kenny had always been there for him. He was always hanging back with him while Kyle and Cartman argued, he was always there when he needed help writing lyrics or music for his band, he was always there when he and Kyle were pissed at each other, he was always there when he and Wendy were breaking up for the millionth time, and he was there when Stans drinking problem was at its peak. Kenny was always there and, sue him for being a hopeless romantic, not just literally but figuratively too.

Kenny was the music he blasted, he was the sun, he was nostalgic childhood memories, he was the smell of cigarettes, and he was those yellow flowers he saw near school. Stan knew that he was in love with Kenny McCormick, he thinks he always was, even if it was a little, and that one day it hit him. That one day he looked at the blonde and felt the urge to throw up and realized.

Stan is snapped out of his thought by the shorter, who was waving the brush full of the bleach mixture in front of his face. "Earth to Staniel, you ready?" His eyes flickered between Kenny and the brush, staying silent for a moment longer before nodding. He heard the blonde click his tongue, shaking his head with a smirk. "I need verbal content, Stan. I am taking your virginity." He teased and Stan sputtered in response, his cheeks flaring up.

"Y-you're what?!" His face felt hot and he stared at his friend with wide eyes. Kenny laughed, throwing his head back in a way he could only find attractive before looking back at him. "You've never bleached or dyed your hair before right?" He asked through his fit of laughter, starting to calm down a bit. Stan nodded slowly, blush still there. "Then you have virgin hair." He explained before shooting him his usual smile that had the taller melting.

Stan rolled his eyes a bit, a faint smile on his face. "Of course you would know that." His friend just shrugged before looking at him, his eyes having their usual playful glint but also holding slight concern. "But seriously dude, I need you to like actually say yes because there's a chance that I might fuck up your hair. Best worst case scenario I buy you black hair dye, worst worst case scenario you're bald." Stan let out a laugh, smiling and shaking his head.

"Again, dude, if I trust anyone with my hair it's you. Yes, I'm ready." Kenny stared at him a bit longer before nodding and starting to section his hair. Once again, the two fell into a comfortable silence as Stan's music rang out into the bathroom. He slowly started to apply the mixture to his hair, a shiver going down Stan's spine at the featherlight of his fingers on the back of his neck. It wasn't helping that "Bottom" by McCafferty was playing and he could practically feel Kenny smirking. He always gave him a look when the song played which made Stan feel almost lightheaded.

Soon enough, Kenny had finished the back and sides, leaving just the front pieces of his hair. He watched the shorter as he painted his hair with bleach, heart fluttering at the slight because since when did Kenny have freckles? His nose was scrunched just a little from concentration, his head was tilted a bit, and a few strands of hair had fallen from the ponytail and joined his bangs. While Stan had zoned out in admiring his best friend's features, Kenny stepped back with a grin, showing the toothgap he found endearing. "Finished. Now we gotta wait 30 minutes."

He grabbed a shower cap and put it over Stan's head, snickering a bit. The taller narrowed his eyes and got up, his legs shaking a bit from sitting down for so long, and looked in the mirror, grimacing. "Dude I look like a cafeteria lady." Kenny snorted and his heart threw itself against his chest. "I think it looks good! You should be Lunch Lady Stan every day." Stan just hit him playfully in the shoulder and rolled his eyes. The two ended up sitting on the bathroom floor, the coolness of the tile feeling nice on his skin. Both of them were on their phone, Kenny seemed to be texting someone, he could only assume it was Marjorine, and suddenly the green-eyed monster appeared at the thought.

"Do you think I'll look good as a blonde?" He asked, breaking the silence and looking at his friend. Kenny's eyes trailed away from his phone and looked up at Stan, tilting his head slightly like he always did when he was thinking. "I think so. I think you could pull off any hair color, black, blonde, brown, whatever." Kenny then shrugged, looking back at his phone. "Plus, call me biased, but I've always had a thing for people with blonde hair." Stan felt his heart sink down to his stomach and jealousy caught it, holding it tightly. "Oh. Does that mean you and Marjorine are-?"

He trailed off and Kenny looked at him like he was insane. "What? Dude, no. Marj is my best friend in the way you and Kyle are super best friends. I've never liked Marj romanticly." He paused, his eyes snapping to the floor and his eyes narrowed. "Well I did when we were in elementary school, maybe 6th grade but then I lost feelings for her." Stan stared at him for a minute, his eyes scanning the other. "So you don't like Marjorine?" He saw Kenny nod and his heart was beating against his chest.

The two once again fell into silence, Stan's fingers drumming anxiously against his leg. A minute or two passed when Stan spoke again. "You thought I looked good with my natural hair color?" He asked, his voice almost failing him and his fingers weren't matching the beat of the song anymore. The shorter looked back up and nodded. He swallowed nervously, suddenly finding the floor interesting and his voice became hushed.

"You don't think I look too much like my dad?"

There it was. Kenny had been right and his heart sank a bit. He knew his parents' divorce was always hard, with having to go between the farm and his childhood home. His mom bought the house and changed her last name back to her maiden name, Kimble. He knew Stan always saw himself in his father, which worsened his drinking problems that were a gift from said father. Kenny knew how much he hated going to the farm and spending time with Randy.

The blonde had a special hatred for that man, having to bite his tongue whenever he was around. Kenny hated how sometimes, Randy would step up to the plate and make Stan hopeful, thinking he might have his dad back, only to step on that dream and knock him down afterward. He hated Randy with a passion for hurting Stan, his own son, and maybe he hated him just a bit more because he saw himself and his own father.

Kenny grabbed the hand that was drumming on the other thigh gently, giving him a soft smile and looking up to meet beautiful blue eyes. "No." He searched Stan's face for a moment before speaking again. "Even if you did, you're not him. You might be his son, but that's it. Whether you look like your dad or look like your mom, you'll always be Stan." At one point, his free hand came up and cupped his face gently, the taller leaning into the touch.

"Thanks, Ken." He whispered, eyes flickering between his best friends. When he was younger, he always thought Kenny's eyes were brown. It was just another fact to him. The sky is blue, Kenny's eyes are brown, he has a gay dog, etc. But then one day he looked at him, really looked and saw that they were actually purple. The second he saw it, he got lost and the next week all he could write were songs about how pretty and purple his friend's eyes were.

Now he was searching the violet eyes, the two leaning in closer and closer until Stan could feel his breath on his lips. Kenny's hands felt cold, a nice contrast against the flaring and warmth of his cheeks. Next thing he knew, his eyes fluttered shut and-

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

They jumped back away from each other as the alarm cut through the music and startled him. Kenny quickly shut the alarm off and Stan just stared with his cheeks a violent scarlet red. The blonde cleared his throat awkwardly, a wobbling smile on his lips. "I gotta wash your hair." Stan nodded dumbly and mumbled "yeah" as he stood up.

Kenny stood up as well, grabbing the purple shampoo and asking Stan to kneel in front of the bathtub. He did as he was asked, watching as the shorter grabbed the shower head and turned it on, waiting for the water to heat up. An awkward silence filled the room, and a suffocating feeling soon followed. After a minute or two, Kenny had started to wash out the bleach and shampoo Stan's hair.

The shorter was gentle, gentler than he expected and he would have most likely fallen asleep if it wasn't for the tension in the room. After a few minutes, Kenny finished, grabbing a towel and handing it to Stan who dried it as best as he could. When he looked in the mirror to see the outcome, his jaw dropped and his eyes widened, the towel hitting the tile with a thud.

It felt like staring at a whole different person. Like he was staring at Stan, not Stanley Marsh or Stanley Kimble, just Stan. He felt his eyes water and he suddenly felt free, because, for the first time, he didn't see his father in the mirror.

He saw Kenny through the mirror, his knuckles knocking together slightly, a habit he picked up from Marjorine. The shorter caught his gaze, smiling a bit. "How do you feel?" Stan's voice caught in his throat and he could feel a lump forming at the question. "Like me? I don't-" He stuttered before turning to Kenny. "Do you think this was a bad idea?" He asked, suddenly feeling paranoid.

The shorter just tilted his head. "If you feel like you, I don't think it was a bad idea. As long as you're happy, is it really a bad idea?" The former noirette nodded slowly, looking back at the mirror. "I guess you're right." Kenny then smirked, grinning. "Of course I am, plus I think I did good for never bleaching hair before." Stan nodded, running a hand through his now blonde hair. "Yeah, you did."

He then turned and looked down at him, taking a shaky breath. "Thanks, Kenny." The shorter just gave him a genuine smile, showing off his tooth gap, and tilted his head. "Of course." The two fell into a comfortable silence again for a few moments, something that happened a lot if this day was anything to show before Stan spoke again.

"You sure I don't look stupid?" He asked, looking back at himself in the mirror. Even if he felt good, insecurity and what other people might say plagued his mind. He saw Kenny roll his eyes, a smile still on his face. "Yes, dude." Stan couldn't help but think that if Kyle was there with them, he would be shaking his head in disappointment. He wasn't sure if the blonde hair, the time it was, or the fact that he almost kissed Kenny but didn't would annoy him the most.

The thought of his super best friend so annoyed made a smile tug at the corners of his lips. The shorter raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms. "What are you smiling at?" Stan shrugged, his smile growing wider. "Just thinking about how Kyle would react if he saw us now."

Kenny stared at him for a moment before snorting and bursting into laughter. The taller felt his heart flutter at the sound, it was warm and bubbly, his eyes becoming crescents and his tooth gap present. Stan watched him with fondness in his eyes, his smile softening as the other's laughter died down.

He knew that when he told Kyle about what happened tonight, his super best friend would get on his ass if he didn't confess to Kenny. Stan took a deep breath, summoning the courage that wasn't there earlier, and stepped closer to Kenny. His hand reached out to cup his cheek, reversing the roles. The blonde stared at him with wide eyes and curiosity, his laughter lingering in the air.

"Kenny, I need to tell you something." He said, his voice barely above a whisper. Violet eyes searched Stan's face, a glint appearing in them. "I like you, Kenny," Stan confessed, the urge to vomit reappearing. "Like really like you. Maybe even love you. I have for a while, it just took me a bit to realize-"

His nervous rambling was cut short by Kenny pressing their lips together. Stan's eyes flutter shut and he lets the feeling of pure joy wash over him. He happily accepts the feeling of Kenny's lips against his, tasting the cigarettes and caramel. Both his hands come up to rest on Stan's shoulders, while he moves his free hand to the other's face.

The two separate for a minute and catch their breaths before Stan dives back in for more and he can hear fireworks explode in the back of his mind. When they finally pull away, he opens his eyes to meet Kenny's, blue meeting violet.

"Sorry, I've been stopping myself from doing that since 8th grade." Kenny admits with a shrug and toothy grin. Stan leans down again to steal a quick kiss. "You shouldn't have." They lean their foreheads together, enjoying the music in the background and each other company.

Kenny then speaks up, a playful glint in his eyes. "You wanna watch Hallmark movies and kiss every time the characters do something cheesy?" Stan snorts and shakes his head, grinning from ear to ear. "We would just be kissing the whole time." The blonde presses a kiss to his cheek. "That's the point." He says with a smirk, lacing their fingers together and dragging Stan to his room.

Stan can't help but laugh, his cheeks flushed and his heart full.

Notes:

Eek!!!
I think they're such a fun duo :]
