   Summary

   Winona Slaughter is an eighteen-year-old girl with an everlasting hunger. The methods of love and the carnal are blurred. Growing up in a cannibalistic family that never displayed love, she has an innate need for pleasure through consumption. When she runs away from home and heads to the city, she is caught up in the whirlwind of the modern world, and an infatuation for a college friend group begins to manifest.
