Chapter Text
Izuku's POV:
A fist connected with his gut once again sending him rolling across the concrete. He swore he could smell guilty pheromones, but chalked it up to the blood clogging his senses. He attempted to push himself off the ground but was held down gently by a foot on his back. it didn't take much to hold down his tired panting form. The fact that he was against an alpha and an enigma, no less, only made his omega want to give in all the more. They released heavy amounts of their scent, just as they did in every fight, he was now left battling not only the two physically stronger villains but his instincts as well. "Don't submit!" "Give in, let alpha and enigma take control~" his thoughts were racing in two different directions making it difficult to focus on the approaching enemies. He instead fought to keep his head clear as Siren approached and asked him something. He didn't register what he had said, but his omega seemed to preen at the idea quickly letting out a sound of contentment. He could vaguely see the smile underneath the other's mask as he was commanded to sleep. Eyes falling closed he whined at the sight of them walking away. They had chuckled and spoke another line, but all he could pick up was the "soon" trailing at the end.

Gasping awake he shot out of the hospital bed pulling wires with him. Immediately, Katsuki, Ururaka, and Tenya were at his side calming him. They urged him to lay down once again and he followed their instructions feeling the twinges of pain all over his body. After a few minutes of silence they spoke up again.
"Deku, we were talking, and we think maybe you should take a break..." his mate had spoken so softly one would question if he really thought that at all. It was unusual to his brash nature.
"But I'm doing so well! I'm saving so many people!"
"Yes, and you know we would never doubt you, but your omega and the fact you are quirkless is becoming a problem," he couldn't believe Kacchan was saying this! His own mate doubted him...
"We're not saying that you're weak Midoriya. It's just that Siren and Blood Riot are too much for you, and they seem to have taken a special interest in you" Ururaka sounded as if she were trying to avoid a secret when she spoke.
"What do you mean? They fight me then they leave just like every other villain and hero fight," his friends and lover did tend to over worry. Maybe they just needed to be reassured.
"Well it would be normal... except for the fact that Siren and Blood Riot are known for being extremely violent villains. Their victims, mostly heros, are brutally murdered in cold blood. There is no sign of mercy in their work, but you.... you always seem to make it out rather unscathed. Sure they beat you down, but never to the point of severe injury. We've also noticed that as time has gone by they have been increasingly gentle, and you have been losing increasingly quickly. Izuku you lost this last fight in 10 minutes. Your battles when you first encountered them lasted for hours at a time," he couldn't believe it. Of course he had noticed their fights weren't as long as they used to be, but he didn't think it had decreased nearly that much.
"We just want you to be safe deku. I love you and your friends love you," it was Katsuki's eyes full of love and honesty that ultimately made him decide it was a good idea.
"Maybe I should take a break..."
"There is no shame in doing so Midoriya. You simply need some time to rest, and once you have you can come back to work as strong as ever!" His friends were so kind. How could he have gotten this lucky in life. He smiled softly thanking them.
"We'll go let the agency know you're taking a few weeks off, and let you rest. You must be very tired," the beta couple walked out of the room with that waving goodbye as they went. Kacchan kissed his head wishing him better as he left to get them a snack.
'This will be good for me. A break to recharge and become a better hero!' Izuku thought to himself. He was a hero and a short break wouldn't change that.

The next day his mate discharged him from the hospital picking up some groceries and dropping Izuku home. Arriving at his apartment he put some noodles on the stove setting his timer.
Then he waited.
For a while.
Maybe he could clean. Yeah, that's a good idea. Get a fresh start!
He cleaned for hours, finishing and eating his lunch halfway through as a little reward, and by 6 o'clock he had deep cleaned the entirety of the apartment.
"Wow. I feel accomplished! And so tired..." flopping on a clean couch he sighed with a smile and fell into a peaceful rest.
Kirishima/Blood Riot pov:
Watching his love fall asleep he messaged Hitoshi.
*Pebble is asleep I'm going in to administer another dose*
*Sounds good love, see you soon ❤️*
He smiled at the text pulling himself through the usual window. For a pro hero he left the window unlocked incredibly often. They would have to teach him to be better about his safety. Obviously his current alpha was not doing a sufficient job. They would get rid of that aggressive asshole soon enough. Then the omega would be all theirs to love forever!
Standing over the green haired beauty he injected another vile of the serum. It was a 30 day process to separate their sweet loving omega from that idiotic cruel alpha. They would give him an injection everyday that would work to break down the bond between them. 15 days later they were halfway through and could see the clear progress. Hitoshi had even asked Izuku if he wanted their mark yesterday and his omega had preened!
Obviously they would have to work at the human side of the pro hero, but his omega being on their side helped plenty.
He slipped back out of the house leaving a kiss for both him and Hitoshi on Izuku's head. Letting a bit of his scent fill the room he watched as the smaller smiled and curled further into the couch. Taking a quick picture Ejiro slipped out of the apartment.
Izuku POV:
The first two days off were relaxing and did make him feel better. Infact everytime he had woke up he felt more in tune with his omega. Usually there was a love hate relationship going on. The omega got in the way of his hero work, but it was also a part of him that he loved. Lately his second side had been so happy it left a consistent calm undertone to his day.
Then the third day came... and the fourth... and the fifth... and the sixth...
He was so bored!
He had run out of things to do two days in. He had very few hobbies due to his occupation, so after reading and analyzing for two days straight he had become rather fed up.
His friends came to visit occasionally, but ultimately had to leave after a short while for emergencies. Kacchan had stopped by a few times growling out something about another alpha everytime. Izuku said he was being silly, so he let it go for the time being.
Now it had been a week since he had taken a break. He enjoyed the rest, but missed the thrill and satisfaction of saving people. His mate and friends had told the agency two weeks off, so he was halfway there. Only a little bit longer Izuku! That's what he told himself. One more week then back to saving the people of Japan.
That was until he heard a scream...
He couldn't resist! It wasn't his fault he was a hero at heart! He couldn't possibly leave someone in danger!
Rushing down an alleyway, dropping his new bag of books on the way, he pulled out some basic gadgets he kept on him at all times. However, when he arrived at the scene of the scream there was no one there. He quickly moved to secure the perimeter of the area scanning for any possible signs of struggle. After coming up empty he sighed and moved to take out his phone.
He smelled them before he saw them, or even heard them. Immediately hitting the emergency button on his cell, he looked out among the silence to find them. He was hit on the back of the head harshly before he even knew what was happening.
"Izuku!" He heard Katsuki call out to him and quickly disregard the fact that he never calls him izuku.
"Kacchan!" He cried out from where his dizzy body lay on the ground.
"Just relax love, dont't move, your body is weighed down and heavy," as each line was spoken his body followed the command to a t. There was a feeling of anxiousness that pulled in the back of his mind. The instruction of 'relax' quickly pushed it back down.
"Kacchan...?" Now laying completely calm numerous questions filled his mind. The interaction was anything, but normal if he began to think about it. The emergency call had barely been sent out before his mate had arrived. He never called him Izuku.
This was not his mate.
His breathing was heavy but his body lay frozen still. He pushed and pulled at every muscle in his body to do something, anything. "please just move!" His brain screamed out. He could see who he now recognized as blood riot approach. His smile was wicked and sent shivers down his rigid spine. Tears were beginning to fall rapidly as he watched what was stronger than an alpha step forward helplessly. He couldn't bare to keep his eyes open as the strong scent overtook him. His head was getting heavy while he scrunched his eyes as tight as possible. A hand came to rest on his curls and he could only let out a small whine at the feeling.
"Oh pebble, you're going to be okay. Your alpha and enigma have you now," another voice approached from behind him, fading from the false one that had lured him here, back to its original owner's voice. Siren.
"juSt ReLax kitten, we're going to take you home. Safe in our den where you belong," his eyes didn't open as tears continued to fall rapidly. Not even as he was lifted into the air, for he knew who was holding him close, and he did not want to see their faces. So curling in on himself he let and the heavy commanding scents pull him under into a restful sleep. One of the very few he would get anytime soon.
