Burnt Out Sun

Summary:

It had been many years since his diagnosis as quirkless.
He had accepted his life as what it was. He was Kacchan's husband.

A quirk analyst on the side for anyone that would take quirkless help.

He had believed when Kacchan had told him he couldn't be a hero after all why would Kacchan ever lie to him, he was always right.

Whatever Kacchan says, goes.

If Kacchan said he was rambling too much he'd shut up.

If Kacchan said he needed help "practicing" his quirk he'd help.

If Kacchan said he needed their room to himself (which happened a lot) he'd sleep on the floor.

After all how could he possibly risk losing this amazing life he had. Other quirkless people had it so much worse as his husband kindly reminded him. (Screamed at him when he was being "ungreatful")

His husband was the number one pro hero!

How could it get anybetter than this?.........

Right?

Notes:

Constructive criticism and recommendations are welcome!

I'm always looking for ideas :)

Chapter 1: He loves me, he loves me not?

Chapter Text

Izuku's POV:

Everything hurt.

His body was on fire with the pain he was going though.

It hurt to breathe.

He just wanted it to end.

Kacchan loving picked him up. (Threw him over his shoulder)

Bringing him up from the gym in the basement to their bathroom.

He drew him a bath washing him with care. (Filled the tub with cold water and threw buckets of soapy water over his head)

He enjoyed the gentle care. (He could barely breathe the water filling his lungs)

His wounds were dressed with affection each one getting its own centered attention. (There was only attention to hide the damage. To hide the proof)

He had been helping Kacchan practice his quirk.

Yes.

He was a helpful husband.

He loved his husband.

How could he not?

He was so kind.

Even if it was painful at times, love hurts.

He was layed down in their bed.

He knew what was coming next and tried his best to not think about it.

It was painful.

He thought about other things.

Like the pretty purple haired boy he remembered from long ago.

Kind.

Caring.

Not cruel like Kacchan.

No.

Kacchan was kind.

He loved Izuku.

But the purple haired boy was calm..... nothing like his Kacchan.

He wanted to see him again.....

A slap took him out of his dreams.

"Pay attention to me you fucking nerd," He gently corrected.

"I'm sorry, I love you kacchan," Izuku said hand caressing his partner's face, smiling the bright(broken) smile he always had.

The pain finally ended and Kacchan left.

"KACCHAN!" He didn't want Kacchan to leave him like last time.

He didn't eat for a week when Kacchan left.

How could he eat when Kacchan wasn't there to tell him what to do.

He might get corrected (punished) if he did.

When he came back, Kacchan nursed him back to health. (Refused to take him to the doctor and stuffed food down his throat till he puked)

"What the hell do you want bitch!" He so fondly asked.

"Don't leave me again please don't leave me!" He sobbed. He couldn't do it again.

It would hurt too much.

"Calm the fuck down I'm taking a shower!" He reassured Izuku giving him a gentle kiss (hitting him violently in the stomach) before leaving to shower.

Izuku fell asleep (passed out from the pain) with the wonderful dreams of the purple haired boy awaiting. (his escape)

Shinso's POV:

His sunshine.

His beautiful green beauty.

He had to leave him when he turned to his family's routes as head of the underground, but he had been waiting.

He knew he would eventually find him.

Provide him with all the love he deserved.

He was heartbroken.

He was with someone else.

He couldn't possibly be happy with him though.

That brute he saw on TV.

There's no way he was properly providing for Izuku.

For his one and only love.

He needed to make sure that his sunshine was being properly taken care of.

Then he would leave it alone.

And if not he would swoop in to save the day just like Izuku's favorite heros......
