Johnnie's laying on the bed, spent from their late night activities and he hates himself for it. His body aches and he just feels empty - no pun intended.
Jake left him alone in the dim of his room after they both 'got what they wanted' and the smaller man feels so worthless. This happens every time they get drunk like this.
Whiskey sour breath against his neck and he just can't get the smell out of his head, the combination of Jake's permanently cigarette stained hands covering his mouth gives him a migraine but he just can't stop. He kind of wants to vomit up all of this dejection in a non-metaphorical way because he would never tell the other man.
He would rather die.
