What is the meaning of a collar?
In many cases, the word can refer to many things or be used for many purposes, including posture, pet play, and ownership.
In my opinion, it goes much deeper than that.
It signifies that I trust you implicitly and feel safe entrusting my mind, body, and soul to you.
When I wear a collar, I acknowledge that I am willing to surrender my life and control to you. It would be my pleasure to be caged at your command.
This means that I will happily run a bath or shower when you return home. Your clothes will be neatly folded on the counter.
If you would like me to rub your sore feet, I will kneel humbly.
It is my honor to serve by your side and to adhere to all orders that you give me.
Collars are a symbol of trusting that you have my best interests at heart regardless of what my mind may try to convince me is true.
In spite of my low points or adversities, it's knowing that you will remind me that I am loved and that your opinion is the only one that matters.
I make this commitment to you as your submissive, as your slave, and as your obedient servant. From this day forward, I vow to wear my collar with pride, honor, and loyalty as I dedicate my life to your service; until death does us part.
