Summary
Taylor’s hand tightens around his drink and he smiles broadly at the person he’s talking to. Some casting director that he really probably should be paying closer attention to. Instead, his eyes keep flitting over to Nick and Tony. Tony’s got his arm casually slung around Nick’s shoulders as they chat with someone Taylor doesn’t recognize but whose suit suggests is some kind of important executive type. Once, Nick catches him. Lifts that broken eyebrow at him, like he knows what Taylor is up to. He doesn’t look uncomfortable, which is a good thing, obviously, no matter how that makes something ugly twist in Taylor’s gut.
