Rose walks back home after spending the night with her wife. She giggles, remembering the older woman’s shocked expression once she realized they were now married to each other. She stares at her ring; it’s a ruby instead of a regular old diamond.
It was impulsive of her to marry a woman who was most likely her parents’ age. Yet she has a feeling it will be entertaining to have Pansy Parkinson as her wife. Of course, she knew immediately who Pansy was when she saw her at the club.
Her dad will die of shock when she tells him, and her mum will most likely scold her for marrying a stranger. She smirks. She has finally outdone anything scandalous that Al or Jamie have done.
Touching the hickies on her neck, she remembers how good Pansy was in bed. She will have to contact her soon to arrange another meet up. She would be a bad wife if she didn’t spend more time with her wife.
She snaps a picture of her ring and sends it to the family group chat. Her cousins are the quickest to respond. Her phone rings. It’s her mom. She answers the phone, grinning.
