Summary
The year is 1945, the war against the Germans is finally over, and retired veteran John MacTavish can finally start living his own life as a simple, small town farmer. He is enjoying his life of solitude until he loses control over his new tractor and attracts the attention and help from a wandering Lieutenant Simon Riley. From the first moment they met, they knew there was some sort of unexplainable bond between them, bringing them ultimately closer until they can no longer deny their love for one another.
