   Summary

   For centuries, everything Luxu did was to bring him closer to the fulfillment of his purpose, leaving him indifferent and exhausted. He never dared to become too close to people, as every friendship he ever indulged in was overshadowed by the certainty that Luxu would outlive them. He simply wishes to rest and find peace in knowing he did good.
   Destiny must be playing some kind of sick joke, sending him the one person he ever let in, the one person he ever dared to love, so close before the end. Whatever Luxu does, this story is already written, and he knows it will be a tragedy.
