And because of that, the adults of Once Upon A Time suddenly find themselves in charge of neglected and traumatized children.

And yes, I know Chad is Cinderella's kid in descendants but as Ashley and Sean (OUAT Season 1's Cinderella and Prince Charming) are barely in their twenties and seeing as Chad is probably adopted in descendants canon (which is my headcanon), and hasn't been adopted just yet, he is taken in by Snow White and her husband, David, instead.
