Damian Wayne was known for Icy exterior. He never let anyone close to him. Even his best friend Superboy Jon Kent had to force friendship upon him.
Marinette Dupain-Cheng was Ladybug. She HAD friends and was known to help everyone. Never had she turned down a person in need. Until Lila Rossi showed up in her class. The girl knew how to play those around her for sympathy and the promise of great rewards. Marinette watched as her friends turned against her and began to bully her. For 3 years she had been bullied. Now at the age of 17 she fears for her life.
Marinette allowed Chloe to talk her into going to a party with the wishful hope of regaining her friends, only to be betrayed in the worst way possible. She was drugged. Her partner, Chat Noir, in his civilian form was at the same party. When Marinette woke up next to her ex-friend Adrien Agreste with a splitting headache and naked she ran. She had no idea what had happened. She just knew that she was sore in ways she had never been before. Not even after hours long Akuma attack/battles.
Tears flooded her eyes when 5 weeks later she stared at a pregnancy test that read positive. How could this have happened to her? She was the embodiment of luck. Yet she had lost everything, everyone and now her innocence that held on by a string was shattered. The only ray of hope in her life, Tikki, her kwami that made her Ladybug, the savior of Paris was distraught. Hawkmoth was still out there, and Marinette would have to cease being Ladybug to take care of her baby. A baby she didn’t even know how she conceived.
But things are just going to get worse before they get better.
