The day after losing Atem Yuugi woke up before dawn and walked to a nearby park. He remembered going to the park with Anzu when the were younger, but more importantly he remembered watching the sun rise with Atem sitting on top of the playground. Atem had always loved wathing the sun rise, and he joy at seeing it often woke Yuugi too. They didn't make thier way to watch it here often, but when they did Yuugi always enjoyed it. Reaching the park he saw Anzu sitting on one of the benches. She waved at him before running over to his side.
"I thought today might be a hard day." She said once she got to him. She had a bag in her hand, and Yuugi could see a blanket poking out of the top of it. He looked at her and back to the bag hoping she would see his unasked question. "I brought stuff for breakfast. I know you probly haven't ate since before the duel yesterday." She answered with a smile taking his hand and leading him to a flat spot with a view of the slowly rising sun.
Anzu laided out the blanket putting the food out on it, and held out a drink for Yuugi once everything was ready. Anzu didn't try to get to talk just slowly handed him small things for him to eat. They watched to sun rise and after just sat together. Anzu knew he needed a friend and was willing to sit with him and just let him feel. After they ate she smiled at him.
"I'll be here tomorrow too Yuugi. We can do this as much as you need, and when your ready to talk I'll listen." She gave him a hug. "I'll see you tomorrow."
