   Summary

   I used to be normal, you know. I used to be just another British 20-something out on holiday on the mainland with her best friend. I was someone who didn’t wake up screaming every night, who didn’t have PTSD, who didn’t have her name slapped all over the Internet to be mocked and derided for being so stupid as to get lost on a guided tour and need a rescue.

   That’s why I came here. Maybe you’re all laughing at me already, maybe you’ll all start once I’m gone, but for a few minutes, at least, I can write down what happened– what really happened, and pretend that no one is judging me.
