In one of their adventure the strawhat find an eternal pose from the treasure nami collected, the eternal pose shows the direction to an island called renatus luckily it leads to direction their were going for so luffy decided that their going to visit it for a while new place new adventure.
A week have pass following the pose and finally they arrived at the island, renatus is pretty big and seems like a nice place to relax which nami seems to be delighted with all of the stressfull thing they have been trough a vacation sounds nice.
"Sanji! Make me a pirate bento!"
"Ok captain"
After 30 minute of waiting they finally arrived at the island everyone preparing to relax and have a beach time, sanji finnish the bento for luffy and he off for adventure
"In that case ill be leaving to" said robin nami look at her asking if shes not going to relax with them but robin just smiled "i want to go around the town ill be back shortly"

Luffy went to the forest trying to find if there any cool beetle or animal that he could catch for dinner, after a while of wondering around luffy finally sit on a rock to enjoy his bento he look around while eating the forest is pretty big if he bring zoro in he will got lost immediatelly, he laugh at the thought
Luffy lay down on the rock after he finnish all the bento sanji made for him with the wind howling and the calm area it makes luffy want to fall asleep, luffy was about to close his eyes before a sudden cough caught his attention he sit back up again and look around and see no one maybe that was just his imagination or an animal
"*cough* hello...is there anyone here?" Now the strange voice also talk so no animal luffy look around again until he heard someone coming closer he waited until the strange voice finally come to view 'a little girl?' He thought.
The girl notice him and tried walk over to him but ended up falling luffy was about to laugh at her but stop himself when he notice that the girl look exhausted, luffy jump off the rock and walk closer to the girl in a closer look luffy notice a white spot on her skin 'what is that? A mushroom?' He thought but that impossible chopper said human cant grow a mushroom unless you are dead and this girl pretty much alive.
He squat next to the girl waiting for her to get up but she didnt the fall wasnt so bad why is she still laying down?
"Hey are you okay? Are you hungry?" He ask but the girl didnt answer back he ask again louder this time but the girl still didnt answer he poke her on the cheek its a little warm but he ignore the thought when the girl murmured somethig
"Huh? What?"
"H...hurt, ev..everything hurt"
"Eh..oi" well now it makes sence why her cheek a little bit warm she is sick no wonder she past out exhausted just by walking suddenly the memory of nami being sick comes to mind what if the kid also suffer the same thing.
Luffy carefully pick her up and tuck her in against his chest before he run back to the ship

The town is very lively in robin's opinion which is a good thing that means everyone have a peacefull life all the shop keeper are nice, she remember there was a nice looking book store down the road a view new books wouldnt hurt.
Upon entering the book store she was greeted by an old man who smiled at her.
She look around the shelf admiring all the book the store had to offer fantasy, horror and history its wonderfull her eyes land on an old book she pulled it out and remove the dust from the cover
"Mystery of renatus?" What mystery this peacefull island has to offer, she opened the book and tried to read its start with how this island first found to the weird phenomenon that happend
"Your a curious one arent you" a man suddenly stand beside her "you could say that" the man took the book she was holding to read some of the page
"If you like i can told you all about this island history and mystery" he offer "i would like that" the man smiled hearing her answer, he start to walk away and she follow him to the nearest table to sit comfortably on.
"There is a rumour or legend i guees in this island about how children suddenly appeard out of nowhere"
"What do you mean?"
"Well the story start 10 years after the island was found when a group of hunter went to the forest to hunt they ended up found a child a young little boy no one knows where he come from and no one knows how he get here" he stop for a while to change the page of the book showing a rough sketch of how the boy look like
"The hunters bring him back to the village and ask around if thr people know who the boy is but no one ever seen him, when the boy finally wake up he immediately screaming and begging for help since his village is attack by another tribe the weird thing is that there is no village other then the one they staying"
"Out of pity the village chief ordered his people to search around the whole island and the other islands around them to search any village that have a fight or war where the boy lives but they found nothing so they give up on helping but rather help him settles in, now this is the most interesthing part a year after the boy have been found he visited the chief with a book in his hand to show that he finally found a clue to his home" he stop again to turned a page
"He show a picture where he used to live but the thing is that the village the boy shows is actually a village that was destroyed 20 years before this island even discovered"
"So he got tranfered to the future? Is it devil fruit?" Robin ask
"Maybe...but i know damn well its not by someone else devil fruit cause this thing happen again, 100 years after they found a twin lost in the forest saying the same thing 'help our city' but when they checked the city name it was already destroyed 10 years before, and it happen again and again" he said
"Does this still happen?"
"It wont be called a legend if they still do sweatheart" he replied closing the book before finally put it back where it belong
'Interesting' she thought

Its almost afternoon and the strawhats was about to start some barberque but robin and luffy have not yet to come back from their adventure
"Ugh...where are they" nami complained
A while later robin finally back from her trip with some books in her hands but luffy have not yet come back the crew that were preparing the barberque are almost finnish and nami have already lost all the patient for him
"Can someone go and find him i dont have the patience to wair anymore longer"
"Ill do it-" " OH NO finding you would be harder stupid moss head, ill do it for you nami SWAAN<3" Before sanji even went to find him an arm suddenly strech from the forest and grab their ship, speaking of the devil
And if you see a strechy arm the owner will reveal himself in a moment and yup there he is already at rocket speed hitting both sanji and zoro at leas the can handle the impact unlike the sunny
Nami whos patient already runs out hours a go was about to beat him up for making everyone waiting but she stop when luffy stand up with a worry face and panic expression
"I need chopper now! Whe- where is he"
Nami was about to ask whats wrong when she notice something or someone tuck in his chest, is that....nami cant belive what she is seeing and maybe she was just hallucinating but seeing the same shock face from the two idiot prove him wrong, she notice how the girl look odly pale with white patches on her skin
"Luffy calm down me and moss head will get chopper for you, you and nami can put her in the infirmary" thankfully sanji make the first move
She slowly walk to him and pick up the girl from her panicking captain "lets go luffy" and he nodded following her to the infirmaty, with her being close to the girl she can feel the radiating heat from her and she frown how hot her skin feel
"Luffy please field a bucket with water and get some cloth for her"
"Ok"
After arriving in the infirmary nami put her down on the bed and tried to make her as comfortable as possible after a minute luffy finally back with the stuff she ask him to grab and tried to lower her tempeture until chopper comes back.
When chopper finally arrived at the infirmary he immediately check on her condition
"I need time to diagnose her, so please leave" said chopper with his serious doctor voice and both of them complies, after both of them get out of the infirmary nami finally ask him about how he find the girl
"I dont know she just suddenly there" well thats helpfull
"*sigh* just called the other to the kitchen we will have a discussion there"

"So you find a kid out of nowhere? Luffy what if the girl actually a ghost!" Said usopp
"Shes not a ghost, ghost cant be sick" luffy replied
"Brook can, wait can you?" "Idk yet"
This convortation ended up going else where and nami hated it, all of them stop speaking when they hear a door being open they all look at the entrance to see chopper with some sad expression
"Chopper you finally finnish how about the kid?" Sanji ask
Chopper didnt said anything and only continue walking to his chair before taking a deep breath and the all know that this is way serious then they thought
"Seeing the white patches on her skin already give me some clue of what her sickness is but i was hoping i was wrong and her skin just have some vitilgo but sadly i was indeex correct but it was impossible"
"How is it impossible?"
"She have amber lead its not contagious i promise and its impossible because this disease alredy extinct 16 year ago" well that gave some of the crew the shock
"Chopper you and dr.kureha cured me when i was sick beacause a bug from little island bit me why cant you cure this one?" She ask, the bug that bit her was from thousand years a go and they did it
"There is no cure to this and i cant do surgery to get it out cause its inside the blood vesel and organs" he explain
"Wait, isnt the amber lead gone because the goverment went genocide on them how does she have it" sanji ask
The people that know about it only look down remembering what the news wrote while the one who dont know gasp from shock
"The logical thing that i can think of was is that her family moved out before the lock down happen" answered choppee
"Or, or maybe she come from the past" said robin and everyone look at her curious and so robin told them about the island legend about kids getting transferd to the future
"How is that possible?"
"Shishishsi Who cares! This is grand line nothing make sence"
"It dosent matter if shes from the past or present what matter is how we will help her? If what chopper said is true then there is really no way to cure her?" Ask nami 'Do we just let her die' was left unsaid, Hearing her question everyone stop to think about a way to help the girl
'Something that can help her something that can pulled the lead out of her organs by organs...something or someone...oh' robin smiled finally getting an answer
"I think i know how or at leas know someone that can do it" the crew look at her waiting for answer
"Someone that can cut people up, someone that can pulled a literal poison and organs with out damaging you in the proses" she smilled in satisfaction seeing her crew slowly light up knowing whos this person is
"Lets give torao-kun a visit shall we"

All the strawhats are preparing to sail away some clean the unused barberque while the others preparing the sunny while nami is trying to find bepo viva card after a whole minute or two nami finally find the viva card his card is a little bit singed 'maybe they got into a fight' she thought
Nami went outside to show jinbei where the card is heading he nodded and finally turn the steering wheel she hope it wont took a long time to fine law and his crew

Morning finally arrived after hours of sailing and nami wanted to visit their guest so she voluntered for bringing her breakfeast, she knock the infirmary door before getting inside
"Good morning" she said both her and chopper look at her with chopper saying good morning to her while the girl give her a shy wave and smile
"Here our chef just prepare a very delicious and healthy meal for you" she said while showing her the food judging from her exspression she must have been very hungry, chopper walk away to prepare some medicene for her
Now it was only she and the little girl whos busy eating the food 'she must be starving'
"So whats your name little one? My name is nami" She finally start asking a question so it wont be awkward
"Im lamy and thank you for taking care of me" she said politely "but when will i go home? My family will be worried if they cant find me" she continue, well now thats a hard question robin mentioned that she's probably from 16 years a go but their still not sure and nami dont know if she should lie or nor
"You will be home after we finally find a way to cure your sickness" she ended up giving a half lie half honest answer "oh so the deer doctor will cure me?"
"Uh no, our old friend will but his not with us right now thats why we are sailing so we could ask for his help"
"And when im cured will he also cured my family?" She ask with those innocent eyes nami really wish she can tell the truth
"Maybe, you have to ask him first you know he can be really grumpy and scary but he have a nice heart at leas thats what my captain said but his a good judge of people so i trust him"
"Hahaha its okay i wont be scared, i have a brother that was like that to"
Well nami hope she said the truth about not being scared cause torao can be a little to much with that glare and sadistic mind
"So you have a brother? How is he like?" She ask trying to change the subject to something that lamy way more familiar, her eyes light up when she ask about her brother how cute
"My brother is the best! He may be grumpy and always study but everytime he have time for me he always make sure im happy and he always buy me ice cream"
"He must be a good brother then you mentioned he likes to study? What is he studying"
With that question lamy explain how his brother always wanted to be a doctor like their parents and how her parents are the best doctor and how they always went to a parade before she fell sick
"Thats why i need to get home fast so he can find me and bring me to the parade"
"Your father?"
"Nope! My brother la-" "im back with the medicine" cut chopper who arrived with a bottle of pills "ops did i came at the wrong time?" He ask
"No not at all, come now lamy its time to drink medicine" she said and nami can see how lamy dont want to drink it with how she pouted, well that look odly familiar

all of them are gathering in the kitchen to enjoy their lunch and maybe introduce themself to the little guest that will be joining them soon They were all talking normally until the door opened
"And this is the kitchen, oh everyone already here" said nami while opening the door with her hand and his other hand holding the girl
She dosent look scared when seeing them but more like curious expecially to jinbei and brook but overall no negative reaction that their expecting, nami bring her to sit next to her and robin after they all introduce their name, now its time for the main business
This meeting is actually for asking her question
"So lamy how did you manage to be in the forest do you remember what happen before?" robin finally ask the first question
"I remember a loud noises from outside the hospital but i cant see anything because i was in the closet but then suddenly i was in the forrest" she replied
"Loud noises and dark place?" "Yeah my brother said it was just a parade and then he put me inside a closet he said he will be back"
'He must have hidden her from the soldiers' robin thought
No one really ask another question to her since the important stuff already been ask by robin so they just continue eating their food while joking
Around to make her feel comfortable
"Mrs.nami said that we are heading to the doctor that could help me....i want to know what his like" she finally ask a queation and oh boy doest that make luffy feel exited
"Torao is the best! And his a very good doctor and an awesome friend, do you see this scar in my chest he was the one who fix it!" Luffy explain with exitement
"Yeah but his scary even though we know eachother for almost a year im still afraid of him" said usopp while trying to stop his shivering which cause lamy to laugh but her laugh suddenly turned into a caughing fit
"Well i guees its time to rest" chopper said and they nodded so nami pick her up and bring her to the infirmary
All the strawhats hope they reach torao fast

Fortunetly it only took a week to reach an island where the card is pointing so lamy wouldnt have to wait longer to endure the lead spreading in her body
After an hour they finally docked on the island and start to search for torao iconic yellow submarine but none of them found it even jinbei who swim to search for the ship still got zero for a result they even ask the town folks but even that get them to nothing, so they ended scatter around to find him or his crew with nami and luffy following the viva card
"Where the hell is he? We cant find his crew, or his ship hell who knows if his here maybe bepo the only one here"
"Calm down nami maybe torao just have that weird plan thats why we cant find them, he wants to keep his crew safe" luffy explain at any time of day nami would probably hit him but now she wish that her captain words are true
Finally after a while following the viva card they finally found the heart navigator but there no sign of his captain around which is weird at least to her since luffy didnt notice all the weird thing happening
"Bear!" "Wha? What! Strawhat what are you doing here??" The look on bepo face make her laugh a little the more she come close to him the more she notice how worn out and tired he look that make her worried a little
"we here because we need your help well more like torao's help since we need his super cool power to heal a kid from a cow disease"
"A what?, sorry"
"What he means is that the girl have an amber lead disease" nami stop herself when she hear bepo suprise gasp
"Amber lead Are you sure?! I see....then ill talk to him about it but he need rest for now so ill bring him this afternoon, i....hope thats okay sorry for asking to much"
"Of course we'll see you later" said nami
Bepo wave goodbye and nami have to hold luffy buy the shirt so he wont follow him in which he complained but she ignore it

Just as promise bepo and law arrived at the sunny in the afternoon and luffy already greeted them by launching himself to the both of them
"TORAO! your here" "strawhat-yAGH!"
Luffy release him the momment he hear torao grunt in pain "torao are you-" "Damn you look like shit" zoro cut him off before he even finnish the sentence, torao who hear zoro comment just give him the middle finger
"I came here to check on your patient NOT to be called out how i look"
luffy start to look at him closely and notice he do look like shit he wear a worn looking shirt and a lot of bandages that cover his whole arms luffy also notice that torao didnt wear his hat or even holding his sword all the thing that make him torao are no longer there, before luffy ask about all the missing stuff from torao he was cut off by a cheerful voice of his doctor
"Torao your finally here! So about the patient"
"There's no need for the details i know about the amber lead i just have to pulled it out, the sooner the better"
Chopper just nod and led the both of them to the infirmary where they put lamy in on the walk to the infirmary chopper talk about all the new medical knowledge that he learn and torao just stay silence like he dosent even listen to what chopper had said which is weird since he always talk back with the knowledge he hold or even ask back
When they finally arrived at the infirmary chopper told them to stay outside so he can prepare all the thing law needed, when he opens the door he was greeted by nami whos already inside
"Oh i didnt know your here nami"
"Sorry i just dosent want her to freak out with torao's power so i want to warn her but it seems like she still asleep, ill be out in a minute"
Chopper nod and continue to do the preparation while nami continue stroking her hair, when he finally satisfied with the work he drop down and walk to the door to let torao and the bear in
He was about to open the door when he hear a conversation between them
"Are you sure you dont want me to come with you captain? Its an amber lead ah..sorry for making you remember that"
"Its fine bepo and how many time did i told you not to call me captain anymore"
"....if you say so cap-i mean law"
Chopper can hear a sad tone on bepo voice when he call torao by his name and why did torao told him not to call him captain did they have a fight while his gone? No bepo told him that torao will never do such thing to him, well what ever that is torao still need to heal lamy so he took a deep breath and open the door
"Torao, everything is done you can start now"
"Then we better start the operation"
Chopper make way so torao can go inside while nami finally preparing to leave saying that she will stay outside incase torao scare the kid which torao do the eye roll at her comment
"Whatever"
Torao sat on her chair while chopper help him wear his surgical glove torao was about to start the operation and open his room before he stop when he hear someone calling him
"D..dad? Is that you" ask lamy who slowly wake up from her sleep chopper can see that torao startelt when he hear that so chopper thought he might help him on this, he knows torao a good doctor but his not really good dealing with people
"Uh no im sorry but this is torao the doctor that will help you, uhm...how about you tell him your name?"
"Its not tora-" "my name is lamy nice to meet mister torao"
Chopper was about tell her more about torao power but he stop when he hear torao sharp breath he look at him to check if his okay but torao eyes are wide like he has seen a ghost chopper can hear that torao breathing started to become labored now that make him panic
"Torao? Oi torao! Are you okay?" He tried to touch torao trembling arm but that was the wrong move since he was grab by the hand a lift to the air causing him to yelp in pain and little lamy shriek in fear
"Torao put me down you scaring her!"
"Is this a fucking joke to you? You racoon piece of shit!"
"Wha? Torao i dont understaAGH! Let me go"
It dosent took a long time before the door to the infirmary was burst open revealing nami and bepo, nami who notice the situation start to rage while bepo look scared
Nami walk fast to the both of them and pulled chopper out of torao grip while slaping his arm with discuss while bepo walk to lamy trying to calm her down
"What the hell is wrong with you!" She scream
"No..what the hell is wrong with you? Why the fuck do you have this fake illusion here!"
"Fake? Fake! How dare you said that to a CHILD!"
"nami please calm down torao is not in the right mind to-"
Chopper tried to calm her down but nami keep ignoring him to blinded by anger when seeing her friend being disrespect like that, nami and torao keep screaming at each other with torao calling them a liar and lamy a fake while nami defend them none of them even notice how lamy start crying
"Law! Stop it your scaring her" bepo finally said something in the mid of chaos and law finally stop when he hear his best friend scream at him for the first time he slowly look at the girl that look like his dead sister
Not only her look but her voice, her eyes, hair, nose, and that very similiar smile that he missed so much, he dosent realize the similarity between them but it does scratch a memory but when she tell him her name law realize everything and start to panic
He look at her and tried to focus maybe this is just his imagination since she have an amber lead or maybe because he just lost all of his crew and all of that just break his mind and he start to hallucinate yeah..yeah he just need rest
"Law...?" He hear her voice calling him
'Law promise me you will come beack'
No
'Law why did you leave me!'

"LAW! Take a deep breath, law breath with me"
He cant he cant there so many fire and smoke he cant breath he need to get out need to get out get out outoutoutoutOUTOUTOUT NOW!
"I-i cant i cant, i cant!" He need to breath he cant breath here there to much smoke and fire he need to get out
"ROOM"
"Wait! Torao/Law!" "SHAMBELS"
His gone torao is gone and was replace by a dying leaf eveyone there stay in silence trying to process what just happen
"We...we need to call on a meeting and tried to find him, bepo if you dont mind can you stay with lamy for a while" nami suggest
"I dont mind and im sorry about him lashing out, all the stress probably catch up to him im sorry"
