Summary
Somehow, Dan Heng gets the feeling that fate is playing with him like a puppet on a string, with the way this bothersome feeling persists as he waits for the test results after taking his shower. He had little use in keeping any of the tests in his bathroom, so he had used all of them at once. He had two more boxes sealed and waiting in the plastic bag outside anyway. In the meanwhile, he occupies himself by doing his skin routine, feeling that his skin is a tad bit dry from the air conditioning from an entire day of being in lecture halls.
Once the timer on his phone rang, Dan Heng was already done with his skin routine. So, he goes to check the tests lined up next to the edge of the sink. His face slowly went pale when he saw the test results.
“No… no way. No fucking way…” Dan Heng stares at the stick with wide eyes, agape. “This must be a mistake.” Then, he goes to check the other tests. The pregnancy tests he took at random were the digital type and all of them showed him one universal answer;
