Summary
What if it had taken Candide weeks to become suspicious of the clones’ disappearance? It was summer break after all, so it's not like she'd expected to see them anyway. However, the continued absence of Joan eventually prompts her to investigate their whereabouts, and inevitably launch a missile at Cloney Island.
In the meantime, JFK has been having a terrible time. Not only is he tired of being stared at by the park's guests - and ready to be known as more than just hot - but he's trapped in Historical Hotties with nowhere else to go.
