I have read fics where harry and severus get cancer and die, ones where harry is abused and knows nothing else, ones when Fred dies, ones where Ron dies, several where Harry himself does. And this is the saddest thing i have ever read. It's written so beautifully i can't deal with it. It is so fucking sad
