Finally, the day was here. The day Beomgyu would go on an amusement park date with the four loves of his life. He was so ready for this day he could barely sleep.
It had been six months since Beomgyu had started to live with them, and he loved every day more than anything in the world. He loved these boys more than anything in the world. He loved himself more than anything in the world. And that was what truly mattered.

They had all slept in the same bed the night before, partly so they could wake up together, and partly because they just wanted to. Beomgyu was the first to wake up, breathing in as he opened his eyes. He instantly curled into the warm presence to the left of him, eyes silently closing once more. He silently willed himself to awaken once more, sighing out as he snuggled closer to the figure on his side. His eyes fluttered open, gazing at Soobin’s sleeping figure next to him. He smiled silently, before kissing him softly. Soobin instantly smiled, eyes still closed as he leaned his head closer to Beomgyu’s. The hybrid smiled widely, kissing the older once again.
“Good morning,” he spoke in a sickly sweet tone, like his voice was filled with a honey-like liquid.
“Mm. Good morning…” Soobin let out a slight groan, eyes fluttering open.
“Come on…we need to get up.” Beomgyu urged the older up, sweet tone turning into a sour one.
“Can’t I just snuggle with you all day?” Soobin whined, arms squeezing around Beomgyu.
“No…we promised to go on our special date today.” Beomgyu whined back, slightly laughing.
“Mm…” Soobin hummed, eyes closing once more.
“Come onnnn…” Beomgyu pulled on his arm, a whining tone filling their ears.
“Come on, lovebirds. We should start getting ready if we wanna be there on time.” Yeonjun spurred them into action, rising from their bed as he ran his hand through his hair.
Beomgyu sighed out, rising from their shared bed as well. He turned around to the maknae’s and Soobin still laying in the bed, grimaces on their faces as they didn’t want to leave. He smiled silently, kissing the maknae’s cheeks before untangling himself from the covers and leaving the room.

When everyone was ready, they all huddled into the car and began to drive, air conditioning on and music softly playing through the speakers. They decided to go to Lotte World together, realizing they all had the same day off for once in their busy lives.
When they arrived, they all scrambled out of the car excitedly, much-deserved excitement at their helm. Beomgyu looked around the park with wide eyes, lips curling into a wonder-filled smile. The group walked around the park with wide smiles on their faces.
They went on all kinds of rides, satiating Beomgyu’s never-ending curiosity. The hybrid never would have dreamed about going somewhere like this, so he was fully intending on enjoying this time to his heart’s content. Roller coasters, merry-go-rounds, even kids rides, you name it and they probably went on it. The only time they rested was when they ate lunch.
“I saw a pirate ship looking ride back there. We should go on that next!” Beomgyu smiled excitedly, glint in his eye as he sat down at their table after getting his lunch.
“No offense Beomgyu-hyung but I’m exhausted. Let’s take a break for a little while––” Kai whined to the hybrid, before he was so rudely cut off by a woman shouting loudly from behind him.
“I think it’s disgusting that hybrids go out on the street without being ashamed that they are a mistake of nature, and even more disgusting that humans go out with hybrids.” She shouted from the table behind them, the boys turning around with annoyed and confused expressions on their faces.
Beomgyu’s eye silently twitched in response. That pissed him off. He didn’t deserve to be insulted like that. Nor did his boyfriends.
“Ahh…it's unfortunate that you have such outdated thoughts in this new, progressive century. Haven't you learned what respect is? You think you're superior to me just because I'm a hybrid, but you don't even have good behavior. And… what's the problem with dating my boyfriends? I love them. You should look for better problems to complain about." Beomgyu easily shook her remarks off, an easy smile on his face as he looked at her confidently.
The girl immediately scoffed, turning back around in her seat.
“Come on guys, let’s get out of here.” She stood up from her seat, her friends immediately following after her. The boys turned back around in their seats, smiles on their faces.
Beomgyu slightly curled in on himself, a shy smile on his face. He couldn’t believe he just did that. Yeonjun reached over the table, ruffling Beomgyu’s hair softly, smiling like a proud dad.
“Looks like our Beomie got a much-needed confidence boost. Aigo…I’m so proud!” Yeonjun smiled widely, proud expression radiating through his tone. The other boys proceeded to compliment the hybrid’s confidence as well, wide smiles on all of their faces.
When they all finished their lunch, they all were re-energized and ready to conquer the other half of the park. The boys smiled as they walked around, appreciating each other’s presence and basking in each other’s light. Beomgyu loved that day. It was one he cherished in his heart. With their easy smiles, sweet laughter, and warm expressions, it was easily one of his favorite days with him. And he would carry that with him for the rest of their time together.
