   That’s all the message had said from Fan Ze Rui when he woke up. Chen Yi didn’t quite understand how he remembered anything at all. He reached up to touch the side of his head where the bullet had grazed his skull, the hair was shaved higher than what appeared to be his undercut. He looked at himself. There were still cuts to chin, neck, and on his back from the fight he’d gotten into. Fan Ze Rui wouldn’t tell him more about himself and the house he’d woken up in had felt like home but he didn’t recognize anything in it.
