Work Text:
Stain was so done.
He had to turn to the League of Villains for help, but that did.. Not work out. Shigaraki was an inexperienced brat, a scourge on the name of villains, no matter who his master was. The only good part of it was meeting Giran, their broker. Who, in turn, introduced him to Jin.
Jin must’ve been more insane than every villain he’s met combined. Even though he was only a year younger than Stain, he acted like a child. He barely knew anything, with the only explanation being ‘ I never finished middle school. ’ He was powerful, but didn’t know how to use that power. So, Giran pushed the burden onto him.
“Stain! Stain, there’s someone coming!” Jin warned, running into the alleyway. Stain was only using him for an alarm bell right now, trying to figure out how to either give him back to Giran or find a use for him. Though, he did his job well.
“Stay down.” He growled, wrenching his sword deeper into the hero’s gut. “Alright, who’s coming?” He said to his apprentice. Or was it student? Partner seemed too personal. The man was dressed in a similarly outfit to himself, though a lot more monochrome and covered. He had a mask that wrapped all the way around his head. An expressive one.
“Uhhhh.. Colorfully dressed people! Hero students, idiot! It’s like the one we killed, like, 3 days ago.” He did a variety of hand movements while talking, trying to express his concern in the least verbal form possible. He seemed to do that alot. Stain mused leaving him here to deal with the heroes himself, before he decided better of it.
“Let’s go, this idiot-” he spat on the hero, “doesn’t deserve our attention.” He began to spring from wall to wall, with Jin following behind him. He was glad the man was so trusting, because someone who argued like Shigaraki would be useless to him.
Once they made it up the wall, Stain perched on the edge, watching. The kid who looked like Ingenium rushed into the alleyway, his eyes darting around, looking for someone. Looking for him. It must’ve been, that’s why he looked so much like Ingenium.
He would be over with this one quickly.
“Jin, keep him quiet, would ya?” He rasped. Before he let the other man respond, he jumped, bringing his katana down on the child. Jin reacted quickly, jumping down behind him, yelping as he saw the kid got stabbed.
“Stain! I though we didn’t hurt innocents! Stab that child! ”
“He’s a hero. I’m just stopping him so he doesn’t-” He got disturbingly close to the blue-haired boy’s ear, “ squeal. ”
Jin looked on for a seconds, blinking. “..Woah, that was intimate. Gross. ” He backed off, shoving a thumb at the other hero. “I’ll just..finish this guy off. Pedo alert. ”
“W-What?! You took that the wrong way.” He quickly licked the blood off his katana, while Jin finished off the adult hero. He followed behind him as the man jumped up onto the roof. “Hey! Tell me you’re sorry!”
Iida was traumatized. And paralyzed.
