Summary
As a young child, Vito learned two things: how to be loyal to his family, and to stay away from papa when he opened the bottle. His only solace was his older sister, Francesca, ever the soothing presence and kind hand that he needed to mend some small fragment of his broken childhood.
Now, back from his service during the Second World War, Vito has seen many things. Battles rage in his mind, and within Empire Bay itself, but Francesca nonetheless remains the apple of his eye. His reason, his purpose, and his future. Little does he know that Francesca herself is in need of a comforter - and a redeemer - for what she deems as her own sins.
Their sins which so closely bind the other.
