   Summary

   Yuuei is the top hero school in Japan. It has been for years and it likely will stay that way. But when another one of the top 10 hero schools in Japan gets attacked, similarly to how Yuuei had, the schools decided to try and co-operate. To find out what is it the League of Villains want, and why they are they attacking a new generation of heroes.

   But now, Yuuei students are having doubts about how this school somehow managed to end up in the top 10...especially when they find out that a few of the students don't even have quirks...
