Summary
Getting diagnosed with cancer was supposed to be the worst thing that happened to him that year.
And it was.
This was a brand new year, though.
Spencer Reid is struggling to come back to life after recovering from cancer. He clings to the relationships he trusts, the ones he knows are safe. Until it's clear he has feelings for someone that aren't that platonic golden love from before.
He thinks maybe, it might be time to pursue something new with someone he didn't expect to meet during this journey... Life was a short, tenuous, tiny thing in the grand scheme, after all.
