Summary
Hermione stepped lightly around Stonehenge, she walked around each stone archway, inspecting each one before she stopped. “Malfoy, there are a lot of footprints around this archway.”
Draco looked up, “Footprints?”
“Yeah, but only on the inside of the circle, but there are no steps on the other side. They almost seem like they are walking into something that isn’t there.” She spoke reaching out.
“Stop,” Draco spoke as he walked over to where she stood. “You’re really just going to touch things that might be dangerous cause you got curious?”
Hermione pulled her hand back, her hazel eyes watching as he walked over to her. “It almost sounds like you care.”
“I don’t care, I just rather not have to deal with a new partner.” He spoke mockingly.
“A new partner who doesn’t know that you prefer two spoons of sugar in your black coffee, or a hint of hazelnut when it’s raining.” She spoke with a sly smile.
“You're rather observant aren’t you, I take my tea with a spoon of honey as soon as I walk into the office.” He looked back at her.
“And so are you. You always seem to ignore my presence when we have to sit across from each other in the office when we aren’t out on missions.”
