Rachel watches them circle each other. They’re not as inconspicuous as they think. Or maybe she just knows them too well.
Raylan rests his hand on Tim’s shoulder as he leans past to read something on the computer screen. The very fact that Tim lets him is a sign.
Tim is more subtle - he remembers with horrifying clarity the truth of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell - he just stands closer than is socially acceptable and has a look on his face that one might mistake for a particularly loyal guard dog. In other words, he looks soppy as fuck. Rachel smiles.
