- “So, are you telling your parents about your bisexuality? Because you know I can’t keep a damn secret, don’t do this to me,” says Chim when Buck goes to his and Maddie's house for breakfast.
- “Yeah, but I will tell them after the wedding; if they react badly, I will ruin the wedding, and it will be awkward, so please don’t say anything weird to them; maybe you shouldn’t even talk to them.”
- “Buck Maybe they react well; you know they are trying to change, and Chim has to talk to them; he’s marrying their daughter!” Says Maddie
- “I know, but I will not take any risk; if they react badly, probably Dad isn’t going to bring you down the aisle, and even maybe Mom won’t go, and that’s not fair for you or Chim.”
After that, Maddie and Chim look at each other.
- Actually, there’s something I need to talk to you. Says Maddie
“I’m going to see Jee,” Chim says, leaving the two siblings alone.

Maddie interrupts
- “No Buck, I just want to ask you something. You know that alongside Jee, you’re the most important person in my life and that even when we're not together, you always bring me joy and make me never give up.”
- “Mads, you’re scaring me. Please tell me what’s wrong.”
- “I want you to walk with me down the aisle.”
After that, the worried face of the younger brother became a relieved face with wet eyes .
- “Of course, Maddie Oh my god, it would be an honor, but are you sure? I mean, I’m already doing the man-of-honor thing for your side. Are you sure that you want me to walk you?”
- “Why wouldn't I? I raise you,” Says Maddie with teary eyes.
- “Oh, please don’t say that because that would mean Buck is my stepson.” Say Chim with Jee in his arms.
The two Buckleys laugh at their comment and hug before Buck runs to see her niece, but not before upsetting his soon-to-be brother-in-law
- “Do you prefer I call you Daddy or Stepdad? Or, you know, for formality, I could call you Father Chim.”
- “Shut the fuck up.”
- “Don’t say bad words in front of the princess!” Says Buck taking Jee of Chim arms while the asian man roll his eyes “How are you, little girl? Are you excited to be the flower lady?”
Jee just laughs and keeps telling him incompressible things.
- “I love you two,” Maddie says before hugging his brother and daughter.
- “Hey, what about me? You know, I didn’t know marrying Maddie came with the package of eating with her brother twice a week, but I’m doing it! Says Chim, joking but joining the hug afterward .
They will be fine after all.
