The 5 PM sun hung high in the sky as Ame-chan and P-chan walked throughout Asakusa. Being one of the largest cities in Japan, there was expectantly, a lot of stuff to do. The two of them had visited plenty of restaurants, played arcade games, and visited the tallest tower amongst them all. It was somewhat dreamlike staring at the shops, cafes, and parks from such a grandiose height. The image was still fresh on Ame's mind. She made a mental note to post about it later on that evening on KAngel's Tweeter account.
Ame and P-chan approached their car, before P-chan noticed a particular building which stood out compared to the others. They pointed to it, and Ame squinted her eyes before gawking at them. "Is that a Burger Queen?" She asked, questioning her collaborator. "You can't be serious! I'm going to get pudgy, and then nobody will watch my streams..."
She then pouted at P-chan, but was caught off guard once again by their curious antics. They were walking right over to the Burger Queen, ignoring Ame's complaints. She had no choice but to follow her colleague inside the Burger Queen.
Inside the Burger Queen, it was considerably cold. Yet, that was most likely due to the short sleeves and the skirt Ame was wearing. She leaned against the wall, sighing as she watched P-chan order their food. She did not want to be here.
She pulled her phone out from her skirt's pocket, and began to scroll through Tweeter. Social media, being one of her favorite things, was an excellent distractor from reality. She mindlessly watched several videos, before stopping mid-scroll upon a certain creator's video.
The person on her screen, some unimportant nobody, was discussing the best ways to "get 1,000,000 followers QUICK." He began to go into detail about a Korean tradition called "Mukbangs," where people would eat food and record it. This format was popular on the web not only with people interested in ASMR, but people who felt lonely eating by themselves.
Ame began to smile, deviously so. She walked over to P-chan and showed them the video.
"I knew I'd get an incoming idea by coming here!" She proclaimed, proudly. "Let's take this food home with us, and I'll stream myself eating it!"
It seemed as though those online nerds would just enjoy any kind of content under the sun. And Ame was more than happy to provide.
Once the both of them reached home, Ame was so distracted by her hunger, that she'd completely forgotten she was going to livestream. After being reminded by P-chan, she quickly got dressed into her streaming outfit, and donned her alias, KAngel.
Without a second's hesitation, she went on air. She smirked at the camera and waved to her eager fans. "Heya cuties! It's me, KAngel, the internet angel! I hope you've brought your forks..."
She then wielded her paper bag, containing the Burger Queen meal. "'Cause tonight, we're gonna be eating together! Heck yeah!"
She began to eat some of the fries, skimming over some of the chat messages on her stream. "Y'know, fast food is really good. But maybe next time we could eat something homemade! We could do a cooking stream!"
She reached into the bag of fries, but felt something strange... something... not fry shaped. She looked down into the small bag, and her eyes widened in manic surprise. "OHH MY FO! Dude! The thing that everybody-"
She was so ecstatic, she could barely finish her sentences. She held the bag to the camera, revealing what she found inside. "ONION! Oh- well- ONION RING! I got an onion ring!"
She took it out of the bag and ate it as fast as she could. As if one of the chat members would leap out of the screen and take it from her.
When she finished, she gave a big, genuine smile. "Let's read some chat messages..."
"'Can I have a fry' Not this time~ but next stream, we can have a meal together!" Kangel winked.
"'Continue eating like that and you'll end up like Caseoh...' No way you just said that. Banned! Get this guy outta here!" KAngel was giving no second chances.
"Welp, that's it for the stream." KAngel waved goodbye to her audience. "🙏BLESS🙏"
