   Summary

When the Anthrostate came and took power in the USA, the system of laws was rebuilt from the ground up. While many stayed the same, several foundational legal principles were altered, modified, or completely removed. One such removal was the third amendment, the banning of soldiers quartering in civilian homes. Not many were phased, however. The law was a vestigial rule from days gone past, and was likely to never have impact in the modern day.

So, when Oswald Winters, a young man studying nursing, came home to find four soldiers of the State eating dinner in his living room, he was thoroughly surprised.
