Regina was fascinated. She was utterly fascinated by the enigma that was Cady Heron.
She stared at the sight in front of her with rapt interest as Cady jumped from one puddle to the other, her giggles echoing off the concrete pavement and into the dark sky. It was as if the rain had no effect on the ginger, as if she was immune to it all.
