Jesper waited, holding the bouquet of carnations -purple and white ones, Wylan's favourite- in his hand, fidgeting with his phone, anxious and wondering if Wylan would indeed show up or tell him to meet up the next day.
His phone pinged.- Be there in a sec. -
Jesper blinked at the text, feeling the knot form in his stomach once more. What if it was all going to be terribly awkward? What if Wylan didn't really want to see him? What if their dynamic had completely changed? What if-
"Jes!"
Jesper whirled around to see Wylan exiting the building with the brightest grin on his face and waving like a madman. Jesper grinned, feeling the nerves dissolve into nothing because Wylan was here, and he loved Wylan and he would get to hold him again.
