   Summary

   While House would rather be anywhere else, Wilson’s life is falling apart, and House can tell without even speaking to him. He isn’t interested in fixing the younger, soon-to-be oncologist, but he’s definitely interested in making him worse. Maybe this damn convention won’t be so boring after all.

   Ideas and hypotheses flooded House’s mind, overlapping and interlocking like the subjects of a well-written fugue. Good. This was perfect. A new puzzle would keep him occupied during this sweltering, muggy weekend trapped with a bunch of blockheads. Hopefully the solution wouldn’t be disappointing.
